Impossible to load data, impossible to customize the theme...

I have an issue with installing the demo of the Primary theme, It does not work!!

The theme is not updated frequently, wich causes the admin side to constantly break when WP gets an update

When installing this theme on the page nothing found appears, look for the solution in your manual but I can not find a solution
Contact a technical support and you do not receive a response, this is the last support of this topic.
Request my refund and I'm waiting for someone to answer me

I am simply writing this review with bitterness and disappointment with the so-called theme...so many issues and when it got to a stage no one answered to my problems for over two months now, I just hope people don't do the same mistake I did by buying this thing called theme

I bought this at 2017 may, now after downloading the update I try to install for the first time, unfortunatly after trying to install demo content, following the template instructions I get my site with the message: ¨Oops, looks like something was broken¨.
Now the template have no forum, just a payd support, that I have no more, once my purchase have more than 6 months.
