Hello. I just purchased the theme. Although I keep trying for the past 2 hours to install it with no success. I have issues with WPBakery Page builder. Keeps giving errors. Also I have done 3 times clean installation of WordPress and still haven’t managed to install the theme.
I have opened a ticket to the support. Since you offer a free them and demo installation I have also requested. Please see the tickets and looking forward to your quick reply .
Will someone help here? I bought the theme and I am trying for the past 3,5 hours to make the installation and it is impossible. I keep getting errors.
Please check your support for tickets I have opened since yesterday.!!! After 24 hours since I purchased the theme, still not able to manage install your theme in the server. Keeps giving me errors and keeps crushing the whole wordpress.

Good. I have a problem the WPBakery Page Builder option does not work. I have updated the latest version of the theme, but the version of the WPBakery Page Builder is still 5.5.4, and it does not allow me to update without a license. I think the error is due to this outdated. How can I download a more updated version? Thank you

Hi, I don’t see any your ZE addons anymore: I can’t add a new one (for example ZE_ custom_title), nor can I modify an existing module. When I want to change, for example, an inserted text with ZE_custom_title, I no longer see the text I entered, but I see the code:

Hi First your theme is a big mess !! Once you install you will facing with a big deconstructed messy user interface. One plugin overwrite the other . I’m trying to contact with the support but verification issue, ... plus i’m guessing that the response time will be couple of days. Overall very disappointed.
