I dont see any banner and images when I publish it, nor I see any banner images in folders

You can get the entire structure the same as the demo site after the upload. But you need to upload the images and contents to the theme. Kindly let us know if you need the image links of our theme so that we will share them with you and you can purchase its license and use it in your theme.
Is there a way to disable the animations on printo? I am also having trouble hiding the “wishlist” button, even though I have turned it off in both places in settings

Please unpack the whole package after downloading it from Themeforest. On that extracted themeforest-printme-shopify-theme, You can find files like Documentation, printme.zip , Log.txt and Readme.txt. You need to install the file “printme.zip”.

We are sorry to say that the price calculator option based on width and height given option is not available to be default in our theme. But you can use any Shopify app to make that functionality possible.
