the developers know about the bugs to install this theme but do not make updates to fix it, there are better alternatives with costly updates.

gets the job done - little time consuming to build a website from scratch. Very Versatle
I LOVE this theme!! It's packed with features and awesome plug-ins. The customer support is great and the CMS Superheroes Team is responsive to questions and requests for help. It's also easy to use with plenty of templates and page layouts to help you get started building your site right away. Well worth the investment.
Always had great support from these guys. As long as you don't expect an immediate answer :) - they quote up to 2 days but generally get a 24hr turnaround - then they are great. They'll also take access details and go in and look/modify/update to help out. And unlike other support I've experienced if there is a conflicting plug-in they let you know and don't just leave you to flounder.
Visual Composer policy of obliging to pay later, based on "security" reasons is absolutely unfair.
This tool usability is the lowestt I find within frameworks.
Much improved since it was initially launched.

I am sorry, but I have never experienced such a nightmare simply to get support or open a support ticket. Their support link on their website gives you the run around. Why do you make it so hard for someone to simply open a support ticket? I don't think everyone has 2 hours to simply open a support ticket. I've been in IT for over 20 years and never experienced such a failure of an attempt to design a support system. Do yourself a favor and do not buy this template!
Very professional and fast support for problems with theme settings or update issues. Also helping with good explanations for individual customization wishes.
The theme is very powerful and the support is SUPERB. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. :)
