Well – after an extended discussion my refund has been refused – even though the template doesn’t even work here on Envato in preview mode (Try it from an iPhone or iPad with iOS 14.
The template is sold as free standing HTML but it doesn’t work. The author has refused the refund and Envato has sided with the author.
It’s only $19 and I’ve spent a heck of a lot more of my time trying to get people to act ethically then the $19 it’s going to cost me. I certainly won’t waste my time on this author – or on Envato if this is how they treat customers.
Looks like the template doesn’t handle iPhone screens responsively – maybe a small bug? Thanks!
Adobe Muse always have issues while handling mobile layouts and sadly Adobe never done anything about this and now they stopped working on Adobe Muse so I guess no chance of resolving this issue.
Thank you for your reply. If the template doesn’t support iPhone then it isn’t of any use to me. And if you’re unable to fix it then I will request a refund. Suggest the description be updated to say no mobile support or that the template be taken down thx
Buddy We can only provide support for the bug in the template. If the bug is in the software we can not do anything about it. Its an Adobe Muse Bug so we can’t resolve it.

The template provided is a free-standing piece of HTML, CSS and Javascript. The template was created by Muse and is totally editable – by you. The bug is in the template – it has nothing to do with the fact that Muse was the tool you used to create the template. There isn’t any Muse in it anymore.
To make the point even more clear – a 3rd party web dev who knows Javascript, HTML and CSS can fix this.
This is definitely a bug in the template. I want a refund please. And as I suggested, maybe you should declare to all future purchasers that the template doesn’t work on iPhone (or iPad).
I love this theme and have purchased it – will it work if I change the width from fixed to fluid or will it cause issues?

what must i do to get the video section to work. I have my videos on youtube. how do I get the videos to play in the video gallery.

Follow these steps to add videos to the template:
1. Select the video thumbnail from the template with mouse click. 2. Now you can see a blue arrow on the top right corner of the video thumbnail. Click on it to open the options panel. 3. Now select the option of ‘show lightbox parts while editing’ from the options panel. 4. A light box will appear on the screen. Select this box with the mouse click. 5. Now right click from the mouse to open the options panel. 6. Click on edit html from the menu. 7. Now replace the html code with your youtube video code. 8. Click on ok and your video is ready.

hey mate, this is not a wordpress theme. this is a muse template that can only be used with adobe muse or as a static html website.
