I purchased this theme and was unable to upload it to my Wordpress dashboard. I sought help from the author and my hosting provider. Neither was very helpful so I am unable to use this theme.

Cumbersome process of customisation even with the Elementor plugin because the theme uses images in frames that aren't editable without third-party software. The demo installation never quite loaded up all the features advertised in the preview as some elements seem to be missing. It also requires deletion of existing content of your website, a massive gamble to rely on the backup and restore process if you have a lot of content. Overall disappointing, seemingly non-refundable, waste of money and time.

I have waited over a month and no one is responding to my issues about this theme. Not a professional software company. I would not recommend going with any theme designed by QuomodoSoft.

Quomodo Team is extremely slow to respond even with major issues in the coding of this. Mobile menu and donation forms don't work correctly. Takes weeks for even a response and still nothing is fixed.
