Nice and clean theme with focus on content.
There has been a problem for months with the update of WP bakery which causes the loss of margins - after the Bakery updates the site can only be viewed full size. It really looks awful that way. Since you cannot roll back the update of WP Bakery in the plugin section, make sure you have saved a recent back up and restore it.
This is a big problem Neuron Themes has to solve with a new Proton version I hopefully won't have to pay for again (I paid two times already). I rely on them that this theme is up-to-date with updated plugins and WP versions, at least after a month. This problem has been obvious for months, though, read the comments. Do something about it, please.

And 5 stars too to their excellent Customer support, sometimes you need to wait few days before answer, don't be impatient because every support request is handled in a professional manner rarely seen elsewhere. Each question is answered with precision and each time you are lost, even if it is sometimes in front of your nose, the support takes the time to explain the manipulation and then make screenshots! I recommend it at 200%!
Many css is not working well. Horizontal scrollbar is showing on mobile. Portfolio item couldn't show masonry style. Idk why they ask me for an account to access my dashboard to resolve the problem I had.

Nice theme, and very efficient and fast technical support!
I'll start by saying the support has been good. There was a slight bug with custom images for icons which the author fixed pretty quickly.
It's a good looking theme, overall. My issue is that I've used a lot of themes over the years, and for the price I would expect easier customisation, more bespoke Page Builder elements and better documentation. Similarly priced themes have far more features.
A small example; through the Proton theme options you can change the colour of the footer. But you can't change the colour of the footer text without custom CSS. Bit of a pain.
Again, you can change the colour of the header dropdown background. But for some reason changing the text colour requires custom CSS.
Finally, the documentation is OK but doesn't include some basic elements that are present in the Demo.
If this theme was half the price I would probably rate it 4 or 5 stars.

Absolutely great themes and support: I'm a beginner with WordPress websites and they helped me so much. The service is really worth the price, I recommend them to everyone!
