I find that the response time on support is very long while I answer a few minutes or less after the support (+48 hours between each response sometimes), is there something that explains this long response time?

Hello – The theme is giving me a critical error that doesn’t allow me to edit any pages or plugin settings. The message i’m seeing is “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

The only plugin that is not updating at all is the WPBakery, i’m not sure if that’s the reason or not. Any help/support would be greatly appreciated.

The options regarding OpenGraph are pretty limited on our themes, reason for that is that there are many cool plugins that you can use to extend these features. I personally like this one – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-open-graph/

Also there is Yoast, which is most popular in WordPress community – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/

The plugins that you got after the purchase, like Slider Revolution, are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.

Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.

Bundled plugins do get updated with the theme, however, you should know that in case you need latest version of any bundled plugin you can submit a ticket at our Help Center or, if your support period has expired, you can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

I created a ticket 4 days ago regarding the fact the my Shop page is not working properly and the only response I got was to turn off my plugins and check for a conflict. I have the theme installed on a dev server with no other plugins other than the ones that came with the theme, and I am still not able to display my Shop in the same way as the demo site. I won’t go into further details in this public thread, but I am looking for a response and have submitted multiple comments to my support ticket in response to the “turn off plugins” answer I received, with no reply. When can I except service to my ticket?

The current version of the theme should work correctly with the latest version of WordPress.

Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.

If you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.

After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

hi, i am my demo import process is taking very long. it goes to 68% and doesnt go any further. i refreshed it once and it got to 72% but thats the highest it goes. i could do XML import but will that affect anything in terms of layout?

If the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import, just make sure to navigate to Appearance > Menus and delete menus first so they won’t get duplicated if you try importing demo again.

hello, I noticed that the theme has problems running with php 8.0 or higher, WpBakery doesn’t load correctly in the “events” section, the “Timetable” plugin (included) is stuck at version 6.8 while currently they released version 7.2. Can you tell me if a new update is planned, given that the last one dates back to October 2021? Thank you
