If you look at the template on mobile, the slite and also the texts have errors.
Slider moves from right to left as soon as you scroll down from slider and then scroll up again.
And the texts on Android are partially cut off.

If the slider is not being displayed the same on your site on some devices please note that occurs because 'Globals' settings in Slider Revolution cannot be imported so the breakpoints on the demo are set differently. Please set them to the values sown in screenshot.

Really excellent and kind customer support.
I am reviewing from an agency perspective, so easy customizability is a absolutely must have.
The customizability needs to be not only an option, but should be easy to use and straight forward.
Sadly, this isn't the case with this theme. You need to change the font for every heading size manually, because the change of the default font does not work.
Then you still have elements, even though the font is changed on every heading, that show the original font, so I have to hardcode it.
The next problem is you can't customize headings or text styles per element. So if you have an Info Box and want to change the text color real quick? You need to hard code it. There is no tab in the settings where you can individually change the color, font size of a single element...
Documentation:
The Documentation (https://prowess.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/) is compared to other themes as bad as the over all customizability. So you can work with it, but it is just not good and obvious questions do not get addressed in it.
The Menu:
Another big UFF.
You can't really edit the Design of for example the mobile menu. So If you want on the right side of the mobile menu a basket or a user icon to get to your account settings, you can't edit it like on other themes.
I am used to headers/footers, which you can customize as easy as your page with Elementor or WP bakery.
So this theme brings me just headache. I said to my customer a theme change is easy and done in 3-5 hours... well that is not the case with this theme.

Please note that when it comes to setting fonts, you can do that within theme options, and there's an option to set font for each Heading. Regarding the headers, you can set different header types on different pages under local header options, as for the mobile header, you can add cart widget there, just check the instructions from this article:

Start was a little rocky but understandable in the current COVID-19 situation.
Giving this a hard 5/5 as when addressed, the team got all issues sorted and back on track for deadline.
It's a superb theme, I will be purchasing more for sure.

Buggy theme and I work with many themes, updates break to much or change settings on each page. Theme options on each page are the worse I have seen, way too confusing and spread out (need to scroll for miles).

Our theme is diverse and contains a lot of options that you can set on your end as well as we do think that these options give the possibility to customize the theme on your side. We do have the Global options which will be applied on all pages if you set them, as well as there are the Page Options which can individually be set if you do need a Page to be different from the others, so there is always a choice.
