Excellent – I saved a couple of sections as global widgets on the front page so if I mess them up I can re-install – like the testimonials – however when I drop in the global widget, it will not let me unlink it. Is there something I am missing or doing wrong? I have been using elementor for a few years and haven’t had this problem

I can’t understand how you built service page, I edit the page through the elementor, but on the service page there is an iconbox widget of some kind, if I delete repeater items, it goes away and if I add an items for repeater id on the image, the error gives, what kind of magic. Hi, how remove licence ? I deleted all the files, but it still shows that it was registered a year ago. Maybe you can write some kind of domain.

Hello, I just bought the theme but it does not work. You require installation of your own 3rd party plug-in, Pruners Core, but the install fails.
I made an account on your support site and opened a ticket. You told me to go to the same link you posted in the above comment: https://smartdatasoft.com/docs/pcl_zip-error/. The linked page says to deactivate then reactivate the theme license, then the plug-in install would work. I did exactly as instructed, plus spent hours trying everything else I could think of but the install still fails.
You then said you would fix it if I gave you my WP admin login credentials!
When I said that I will not provide my login details, you revoked my account access to your support site. Now you are trying to get me to log in to your support site through a 3rd party app that allows you to access my Envato account, no thank you.
Please fix the Pruners Core Install bug in your theme or please issue a refund.
Hello, We didn’t remove your support access. Our support system is changed this week. Our new support system , i saw your ticket and check this must not happen. The file zip download problem occure for your end. So we need your site access to check what is the issue. That’s it Thank you
Secondly, thirdparty app do not allowed your envato account. You can check when envato log in redirect it take permission only item purchase which made from our account. This is the envato new api system to login for envato user. Thank you

Here is what I did:
• Deactivated theme license
• Deleted entire Pruners theme folder from [website]/wp-content/themes/
• Reinstalled Pruners theme
• Increased PHP time limit to 1000 in wp-config.php
• Installed Pruners Core plug-in with Success

Every time I advance on this theme, it is more frustration. Why should we create the projects again in the shorcut of related projects in elementor? What a flawed theme. You should give me my money back. How is it possible that if I already create the projects and I have a list of them, I have to create them again in the “related projects” element? This is useless friend, it is a theme disaster, I do not want to continue working with this faulty theme. Give me back my money. You win your 1 star rate review.

I keep reiterating, it is frustrating to work with this theme. I do not understand what is the sense of having made the “shortcuts” in elementor that way, and not doing it in the simplest and most logical way. In the section “project detail, I don’t want the items to be shown, but if I remove it, it leaves me a horrible block; it means that I have to forcefully place the items. Where is the customization of the template, then? that all websites made with this template will be the same?

I really like the theme, but you must have created a shortcut for some options and have to repeat the same process on each page. For example, in order to change the projects that are in each service, I have to go to each service page and add all the information for each project again. That doesn’t make sense, be creating the same content multiple times if a short code can be created

you can use a plugin to duplicate pages. This way you don’t have to use any shortcode for that
