Hello,
I have a subscription with elements.envato and I downloaded your theme from there. I really like the theme and most elements are easy to customise i.e. colour changes etc. However I seem to have hit a snag whilst customising because I am not able to change the colour scheme on the footer and header as well as some select areas of the website. I looked through your documentation, but the instructions are honestly not clear as they do not offer clear information on editing the footer and headers.
I have been using Elementor for some years now, so I know my way around it, and there is always a template for the footer and header that can be edited so that it is sitewide, but this one does not seem to have a template in the Elementor Footer and Header editor, nor is there a template in the templates section. I have a particular colour code I am trying to implement across the entire website, however some sections do not seem to have a way to access those sections to change the colours.
I tried to contact you through support but the link does not proceed to the next stage to send an enquiry. Your help will be very much appreciated.

Yes I tried to submit a ticket. As I already wrote I keep getting a message that my token is for a different product, but it is not. It will not let me create a ticket

All you themes Spero, Pyrsm, Niobis are very nice. You should combine all into a super theme like Astra or OceanWP with lots of customization.

I edited the About page by changing he header style. After I saved, the menu is messed up. I cannot change it back except delete the page and reimport.

2) The header I selected is a transparent header with a dark image behind menu. How do I change the color text to white on the sub pages only? The homepage menu text can be black because the background is white. I want to change the menu text color only on the sub pages.

Hi Thank you for the fix. I have more issues and have reply the ticket.
1) Is there a way to make all pages follow the header defined in the main options instead of changing them individually in each page?
2) The mobile menu is not showing on this
3) The mobile menu bar is showing black color hamburger lines.
4) I cannot change the header of Services page to follow About Us page
5) Can you guide me the way to change the menu hamburger lines and text for desktop and mobile? You can show me the css way or editing the template.
6) The header image main section (The round image) on the homepage is also missing in the mobile version.
I can’t find how to change the colors of the site (typography, menus, backgrounds) nor does it mention in its documentation
