If I could give 1/2 of a star - I would. Supposedly this theme supports WooCommerce - it DOES NOT or poorly.

The documentation is lacking in almost everyway. Documentation says nothing about WooCommerce or customizations.

For instance, installing WooCommerce and I got all my default pages -- but the theme also added a search bar, and other "widgets" at the bottom of the page. Never had this happen on any theme I have previously used.

Looking at the widget options and there is nothing for this.

If that is not enough -- for some unknown reason, all my "add to cart" buttons have a "mouse-over/hover" effect that changes my square button to this ugly oval shape in a different color entirely.

Disabling the WooCommerce plugin and this goes away. Again, no other theme I have purchased has ever had this many problems by simply adding WooCommerce.

No where does the documentation cover any options or details on WooCommerce and why this is happening.

Now I am stuck creating a "child theme" -- because surprise; no child theme included. Creating a child theme to create and customized WooCommerce pages to fit my needs.

P.S. - If you ask for support, the first and only thing that will be asked of you is "login details" and "URL" and "FTP login info". I can not and will not give login details, as this site contains and transfers sensitive information for both patients and potential patients -- giving login details to a 3rd party that does or says nothing of privacy concerns is a breach of confidence and security for the company and the patients.

If I have a simple question like " .. what version of Font Awesome is this theme using?.." -- I should not be asked for login information. The developer should be able to answer that without login information.

Its always daunting buying a new theme, however i was impressed by their assistance with my question the other day. Thank you.

I like the 5 home pages it lets you choose from, and I was able to customize it as I wished. The price is well worth this theme. I calculate how much it would have cost me in hours to do it, and have saved hundreds of dollars.If I picked one thing to improve, it would be that the wpbakery plugin updates automatically, or that there were clear instructions on updating it for newbies.Overall, this is a great theme.

Demo import gets stuck at 48%.
