Hi guys,
Just updated to the latest version and now have this error…
“The Font Awesome plugin caught a fatal error.
When trying to load Font Awesome, the plugin’s configuration was invalid. Try deactivating, uninstalling, and re-activating the Font Awesome plugin.”
I’ve checked the plugins page and the folder via FTP but Font Awesome isn’t listed so I’m assuming it came bundled with the theme as it is listed under Font Awesome under Settings.
How can I get rid of the error?

Font Awesome plugin is not included in the theme package. Here is the proof http://psychologist.ancorathemes.com/doc/#plugins_installation We cannot guarantee full theme compatibility with the third-party plugin since we have not tested it with the template.

Just updated to 1.3.7. All pre-packaged plugins updated fine except WPBakery. When attempting to update to pre-packaged version 6.8.0 all I get is: “To receive automatic updates license activation is required…........” Does anything else have to be updated prior to being able to update. Thx.

Hello, something very strange is happening. Wordpress does not allow me to log in. I enter the correct username and password, Wordpress keeps thinking and returns to the login page automatically. I do not have access. Please help

I have not looked at this site for a while but my client wants me to make changes. WP Bakery keeps hanging so I can not edit it at all. It has errors in the console. Guys please let me know why every time i update the theme there are elements like the header and footer that get all messed up. Seriously every update it’s wasting more time than needed.

Please make sure that you’ve updated ThemeREX Utilities plugin after theme update.
You can click on “Update” button (if available in a particular theme) or deactivate and delete this plugin. Then follow the prompt to install it again. This will load a new plugin version on the site.

Guys! In your latest release (1.3.3), you renamed the theme folder from laura-anderson to psychologist! You can’t do that without warning people. It breaks the child theme dependency. And when I updated the parent theme to psychologist on my child stylesheet, the site was broken and wouldn’t show. So I renamed the main theme back to laura-anderson and all is well. You need to either rename it back or put a allcaps note in your change log that anyone with child themes need to update their child theme.
The way your Fonts & Colors work is also really annoying. Every time I update the theme, my Fonts & Colors go away because the compiled stylesheet gets overwritten so I have to go in, change something in the Fonts & Colors and save then change it back and save to force a re-compile of the less files. Very not ideal…

In case fonts or color styles/schemes (accent styles), for some reason (for example after the theme update) fall back to their default settings/values, then you need to regenerate the styles and colors again. All you need to do is just click on “Save” button:

how do we have persons sign up befre they book i only see sign in option? Also can this link to invoicing etc?

You can enable Anyone can register option in Settings> General > Membership
Also you can choose “Registered” and “Guest” booking. Registered allows your customers to book appointments under their own user account. The bonus here is that you can create a Profile page for them to manage their appointments (see above). Guest booking simply asks for a Name and Email Address to book an appointment. No user is created.
Please explain in more details regarding invoice.

There was added Gutenberg editor in new WordPress update.
We have implemented compatibility with Gutenberg in theme version 1.3.
So please make sure that your theme version is 1.3. Also WPBakery page builder should be up to date.
