How do I edit the mobile hamburger menu? Specifically the social buttons? It’s not in the documentation and I refuse to renew support after being forced to redo the entire website because you switched page builders.

Hello dear, I need your help, by mistake I deleted the installation without first deactivating the license for the site. This is out of topic, but I can’t contact you by support system!

I paid another renovation of the support but I cannot still open a new ticket. I entered the ticket support, tried to submit the ticket and I have the sign saying I had to renew it. I clicked there and renew it but now I can’t still open another ticket… I paid 24$ to renew the support, via Paypal.

As soon as I want to update the theme from 2.4 to 2.5, the following error occurs:

Some items are not updated! Attention! The page will reload in 5 seconds to update the list of available backups!

What do I have to do here? This has never happened to me before with any theme and I have certainly bought over 30 themes.

Hello, because the website was running very slowly lately, I’ve updated the plug-ins & also updated to the last version of Wordpress + updated the theme within the wordpress dashboard from “updates” section and the website isn’t working right now… Can you help? Hi there :) Question Pre-sale: I am thinking of purchasing this amazing template, but I saw that several people did not manage to change template colors and fonts. My client needs a totally diferent template colors (blue) and a totaly diferent font with serifs. Can you please advise me on this? Should I not purchase because of these two necessites?
