I brought this theme last week and we cannot get it to upload. We have tried using the theme upload in Wordpress and FileZilla into the host control panel. Please can you check for bugs.

Pulse is not Wordpress theme. it is HTML template. Wordpress theme and HTML template are different things.

Please can I request a refund, due to being advised to buy a theme that is not compatible for Wordpress. Both my web designer and envato directed me to this theme which is not Wordpress compatible, even though we searched for Wordpress themes
