Well, what you are showing is a completely different theme. All available Purity layouts/pages can be seen in the theme’s preview. If it’s about the portfolio grid then multiple options are available.

I purchased this theme but I can’t get the slider to work? The first image of the slider appears on the homepage but the other sliders and the dots at the bottom of the slider do not appear, even though i’ve asked them to through the theme options.

That’s truly strange. First of all, did you try disabling all of your plugins and see if it helps! If you did and the issue remains, please send us your WP login details on firstname.lastname@example.org and I’ll be glad to debug it for you.

So I’m trying to upload my logo and it’s not working for me. I uploaded my image, I clicked insert into post and I get an empty white box. Same thing goes for Favicon…
Next, the live preview showed a variety of different backgrounds that you can add to the theme. Do these not come with the theme?
1. When the popup window shows up where you can select the image, after you select the image and before clicking the “Insert to post” button, please click on the “File URL” button. After you do so, the image URL will appear in the field and then you can insert it into the post.
2. Sure! You can find them in the /Backgrounds/ folder when you unzip the main theme package.
Thanks, next issue I’m having is that the formatting looks terrible now. The pages in the header are now in the top right instead of beside the logo who’s dimensions are 180×134. I can make the logo centered which makes it look okay but then when you go on mobile the logo and header don’t even show.
It would be great if you could send a site URL (and WP login details too if you can) privately to email@example.com with a detailed description of the issue and I’ll be glad to debug it for you.

Is your name Luk**z by any chance? If so then I’ve replied both of your emails. The last one concerned the logo not being displayed on mobile devices which I fixed right away by setting a retina version of your logo in Theme Options / Retina and I replied your email with a screenshot instructions of doing so. Please check your mailbox.
Didn’t get an email. I’ve checked junk mail too. I just tried sending a ticket through your website for support but it says invalid purchase code. The logo still doesn’t display on mobile.

Contact form is not displaying, but I can always use a plugin for that.
The shortcuts for the homepage are not a pleasure to work with. They don’t work well and the documentation isn’t very clear on how to use them either.
I have created a slider for the front page, it doesn’t display. I went to the page, chose revolution slider and when I click the slider nothing happens. When I type the shortcode in myself, it doesn’t display.
There were some other things but I forgot so once those things get handled I guess I can ask.

So my girlfriend wanted this theme for her first website, and even though you can download themes online, she wanted to pay for it in order to do everything by the book and get support. Now it’s sad that she can’t even get a working theme and a complete lack of support. You say to email you, but you don’t respond. You stop responding here. The theme doesn’t work well and it requires a lot of support as a result. That is not the customer’s fault. Either improve it and make it work or stop selling it if you can’t support it.
I’m so sorry for the delay, I have no idea why your previous message didn’t pop up on my dashboard in the first place. I apologize once again.
We’ve recently move our support to a new ticket system right here where I respond to all tickets within 24 hours but usually much, much faster.
I’d truly appreciate if you could open a private ticket there and include your website’s WP login details so I can debug all those issues for you and get your girlfriend’s website up and running. I truly appreciate that she decided to purchase my theme, it means a lot to me.

I read the previous messages from this conversation and I can see that I’ve actually been replying your e-mails but you didn’t seem to get any of them, no matter if I sent it directly from our firstname.lastname@example.org address and even my private gmail account. It’s hard to do anything if you don’t receive any of my messages at all, except for those here.
I’m asking once again to create a new ticket on our support forums and I’ll be glad to help you with those issues. As you can see the theme has over 5000 sales and a very good rating. I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t be this high if the theme was so faulty and the support was that bad.

That’s strange, what exact information do you get? And are you trying to register on this site?
1. There is a little description next to the “Map Location” field in the Theme Options / Contact tab and says “A location to be shown on the map, i.e. Mountlake, Seattle, USA”. So all you need to type is the name of the location: street address, city, country.
2. There is a way to add a custom font. However, is it a customly hosted font or a Google Font?
I’ve tried to register on the veented web and it gives me the same error: Sorry, that purchase code doesn’t seem to be valid.

Hi! I’m running Version 3.2.1
I’m having issues switching to the Dark Theme. I choose Dark in the options but it doesn’t change. It stays on the Light version.
I am able to make other Settings changes successfully in the Theme Options area but the Dark Theme does not work.
Also, the mobile menu is missing the “Select Page” text as well.

I just installed the newer version 3.2.1 by deactivating the older version renaming it and then downloading the files only version through wordpress. I’m now missing sidebars and footer and the slider isn’t right. I see other people are having issues as well. Is there any solution? I just reinstalled the old version for now.

Hi, I had it on but it wasn’t working properly so maybe I did something wrong and wanted extra clarification. In terms of the portfolio page, I’ve made titles for the portfolio categories but when I go onto the portfolio page, it doesn’t have the titles above the albums, it’s just dots. Any way to fix this? That’s because you had the “Portfolio 1” template selected. I just changed it to “2” for you. That template shows post titles.
