With the little functionality offered it should have been free! I'm disappointed with my purchase and have moved on to another theme. Lost money.

The Qoxag Plugin crashes the website, is incompatible with the newest Elementor version> Here's the error from the debug log:
"Cannot declare class ElementsKit_Custom_Css, because the name is already in use in: public_html/wp-content/plugins/qoxag-essential/modules/custom-css/init.php on line 16"
I thought about fixing it, but I'm lazy, and i don't want to do a job that I will not get paid for.

Hi, we updated Qoxag last day. All theme depended with other Plugin. It was issue with Elements kit and we fixed it yesterday. Your intention is not to get solution. If you want solution you will open a support request first or open a comment thread.
Rating does not solve it. My request is you open a refund request.
Very difficult to configure the theme as the template from scratch.

I always have problems. The menu stays open all the time and I haven't been able to fix this issue yet, a waste of money. Elementskit plugin for headers and widgets won't work. Qoxag is no problem and does not offer an easy to use theme experience. Also know that it cannot design post pages for your blog posts.

I liked the theme. Since I don't know wordpress very well, I couldn't fix some of the shortcomings, but the after sales support is great. I hope they do better.

The theme is great and somewhat simple to use. I did run into some trouble trying to customize it, but customer support was fantastic. They helped me out, and they were quick with their responses. This gave me great confidence in this seller. I'll definitely be purchasing more themes from them.
