As I mentioned in an earlier review, I love the Qrack theme. Thanks for correcting me by pointing out that this theme is Shopify, and not for Wordpress.

I am 100% satisfied with this theme. Not only is the theme very clean and comprehendible, the customization options feel limitless.

What really makes this theme stand out from the rest is the customer support that comes with the purchase of the theme. Every single issue I have encountered with this theme; Beocode has explained the issue in a way I can understand(As I have little knowledge of code). Then they have provided perfect solutions to the problem. These people really know what they are doing and are a very valuable asset to have behind the construction of your online store.

As if that isn't enough, once you've purchased the theme; Beocode will constantly release updated versions of the theme, adding even more options for you to easily customize your online store.

Everyone loves my Shopify online store, and it's because of Beocode's Qrack theme.

I have shopped around and have purchased other themes through other channels. None have been as good as this. The developer is absolutely amazing. The customer service is what impressed me. They respond very quickly to any questions and offer amazing assistance. They really back their product. If i could rate this 10 stars i would. From now on, if this developer has a product i need, ill get it from them. I encourage all business owners and individuals to do the same as these guys deserve every dollar they get AND you will get support that you will not get anywhere else.

Flawless customer support. I was impressed by the speed of execution and total availability of the staff (Ognjen) to help set up things the customer (I) was responsible for. Plus, prior to buying Qrack V6, I tried about 4 other themes that had all kinds of bugs. The Qrack theme for shopify is exactly what I need for my eStore. I say Bravo to the team.

The theme itself is beautiful and one of my favorites, but what was even more amazing was the support. I wanted a few cosmetic changes to be made to the theme and was literally able to get the changes made within hours from the time i asked for assistance. Also it's completely bug free...at least i haven't noticed any, unlike other themes ive downloaded in the past.
