I am trying to activate Booked Calendar Feeds, Booked Frontend Agents and Booked Woocommerce Payment but they do not activate if the Booked plugin is activated. what version of wordpress do they work with? I am using 6.1.1 and have tried 6.0.

There are no issues with the latest woo commerce and the speed of loading is wonderful. We recommend you to use the plugins, which are specified in the theme description, since they are the most compatible ones.

I sent 3 emails to TrueThemes, There are a lot a problems in your Theme : - In the folder of Qroom theme, there is the WPBakery plugin for 6.6 vers ! While your theme is compatible only with 5.5 and 5.4 ! What can you do for that ? My website is broken because i can’t download the WPBakery 5.5 ! I searched on WPBakery official website but it is not possible to download old versions.
- Yellow corners are also broken when we don’t hover it.
- Contact form 7 : i can’t activate it because the WordPress version (5.2 for qroom) is not compatible with contact form 7.
- Booked plugin doesn’t works.They need an update to works , otherwise we can’t use it.
I need an answer for all of this, otherwise i’ll ask for a refund.

Actually, there is a difference between your preview and our wordpress website : your preview use jq migrate 3.3.2 and we use 1.4.1
How can we change that ? And why there is a difference of version between your preview and the file which we download containing your theme ? In which version your preview is hosted ?

The theme is based on WP Bakery Page Builder and does not support Elementor. RTL is not covered by default predesigned theme options, however, you may check some 3rd party plugin in order to make it RTL.
Please note! Since QRoom was developed according to development best practices, any well-developed 3rd party plugin should play nicely with it. However, due to the virtually limitless nature of things that can and often times do go wrong with the software, we can’t support something that we have not first developed or integrated into the theme.

Language files do not come in the theme. Unfortunately, we do not offer lingua files in most of our themes.
You can add your theme translation via the translation plugin of your choice. As the most popular and well-documented WordPress localization plugins, we recommend checking WPML. Also as I know, the LOCO plugin generates .po files automatically. You can try to use it in order to translate the website by yourself.
Please note! Our policy related to 3rd party plugins is that unless they are integrated into the theme in some way (WP Bakery, Grid, etc) then we are unable to provide support or guarantee compatibility for them. The implementation, customization, and troubleshooting of any issues that may arise would be the responsibility of each customer.

In the recent WordPress Update 5.5, the jQuery migration was removed from the core files and our themes suffered some conflicts.

Hello! The theme looks great and suits for me well. Just few questions: 1 – is it able to make dates closed or so for example next Monday not working due some reasons and it needs to be shut down one of the rooms. 2 – can it be booked and payed without registering into the system? 3 – can “complexity” of the room description to be not shown? 4 – can invoice be sent after payment? 5 – when the booking is successful what information and where does the stuff gets?

1. Yes, you can prevent appointments from getting booked before and\or after a certain date. Also Custom Time Slots allows to opt out specific dates: https://boxystudio.ticksy.com/article/3233/
2. You have the option to choose between “Registered” and “Guest” booking. Registered booking will require all appointments to be booked by a registered user (default). Guest booking will allow anyone with a name and email address to book an appointment.
3. Complexity allows you to select quests complexity from 1 to 5. Select 0 if you don’t want to display Complexity.
4. Yes, Booked confirmation emails can be sent after payment is marked as “complete”.
5. All bookings can be tracked and managed (create/cancel) in “Appointments” section of Wordpress admin.

Can I make not bookable day – the same day which is ongoing? I mean possible to book just from the next day.
Absolutely, to prevent appointments from getting booked too close to the current date and/or time, you can set an appointment buffer.
Available appointments time slots will be pushed up to a new date and time depending on which buffer amount you choose.
You can find this option by going to Appointments => Settings => scroll down to Appointment Buffer.
thanks for a fast answers and great theme! It goes all fine for me. One more question: Is it able to show dates on calendar crossed or different colors for the client where there is no empty slots in a date?

Users have to mouse over the dates in the calendar to see if they are available.
Also you can either hide the already booked time slots (cannot be used with “Public Appointments”) or show names under booked appointments so the booked will be marked.

I’ve so far not seen a single review about this theme which is a bit worrisome. I also see reports about it having a virus or giving errors when trying to upload the theme (your responses are to contact support)
I ran a speed test on PageSpeed Insights for http://w2.themedemo.co/qroom/ and it came back as incredibly slow at only 15 out of 100 for Mobile and 60 out of 100 for desktop. GTMetrix came back as over 9 sec load time.
The theme looks good BUT it’s far too slow for anyone to stay on right?

We can assure you that there are absolutely no viruses in the Theme package.
The issue had appeared on the client’s side and had relation to his own hosting.
As for the upload issue, it had been fixed right after the comment above.
Page Speed depends on multiple factors, including hosting server performance, image optimization, internet connection, etc.
On different hosting servers theme works a lot quicker than on preview.
Also, theme preview contains a lot of content with a ton of high-resolution images without optimization to fully demonstrate theme capabilities, which usually is not used on the websites.

You theme demo with the content and high res images are what makes people want to purchase it… so theirs can look just as good. You are saying though, if we want it to look as good as your demo, it will be slow?
