Since purchasing a 1 year maintenance agreement for this theme a month ago for almost as much as the theme cost in the first place, I have not received a single response from the multiple questions I have asked of the author. Don't waste your money.
Too bad for an arguably descent theme, but unacceptable.

I can assure you that all support questions are answered promptly. We never leave a question without a response. I checked our support system and we responded to both of your tickets on the same day they were opened.
Note: It looks like the email address you added is incorrect (Two .com's are added). This is probably why the automated email did not go through to notify you we responded. Be sure to check the support ticket if you ask any questions in the future, or update your email address.
Also, if you could update your rating that would be great as it sounds like a simple miscommunication.
Resolved persistent "white screen" issues with memory allocation increases. Slider Revolution appears to be the culprit.

The documentation should be extremely easy to follow and clear. We even have video tutorials that have step-by-step guides on how to use the theme.

Product is good and support is excellent (prompt, responsive).
It's a beautiful theme, but the one click installation failed. Had to install it manually! Bad Juju!

Sorry you had issues using the one click installation. We have support forums available to help trouble-shoot issues like this. We are happy to help you with any questions or concerns. Hopefully you will get a chance to post in the forums and then you can update your rating. Normally the one click installation just needs to run again if it fails the first time. This is covered in the documentation.

Poor mobile optimization and menu adaptation. When page headers are removed, the pages don't adjust correctly. Lots of custom CSS required to massage things into place.

Sorry you are having trouble using the theme. You should not have to add-in any custom CSS as you are describing. For instance, we have a mobile specific menu that is built-in for usability on mobile devices.
