Is this theme still being updated and supported? I’ve got a license, but see that it only says compatible to 4.5. ???

Yes, the theme is still supported and it will be updated if there will be some changes in the theme code created by a bugfix or a new feature.
I just tested the package with the latest version of the WordPress and didn’t found any problem using the latest version of Quartum Responsive Portfolio WP Theme with it.
But if you will have any problem after updating the WP to the latest version, do not hesitate to contact our support team at https://createit.support or support@createit.pl. They will be happy to help you and answer any of the questions you might have.

Hi guys, I just bought your awesome theme, but it looks like the demo content isn’t hosted on your website anymore, so I got an error when trying to import it into my WP instance. The support forum at http://support.themewoodmen.com/ just looks like a portfolio, and I got no ID/password for this one: http://createit.support/forums/forum/themewoodmen/quartum-responsive-portfolio-wp-theme/ so I can’t get help anywhere else. Who should I contact in order to get the demo content assets ? regards, Julien

Hi there! I have Quartum 1.1 (I know it’s rather old) with WP 4.4, and if I insert a gallery into a post or page, it won’t be shown on the page or post, only in wp-admin. Is this a bug, or something i do wrong? Thanks!

Quartum 1.1 might be not compatible with the latest WordPress version, so please update the theme to the latest version – it should resolve the issue.

1. If you want to have slides changed automatically, please add to [slider] shortcode interval parameter. So, instead of[slider]in demo content, put
[slider interval="3000"](which means, that slides will change in every 3 sec – feel free to modify this value). By default slides change on click.
2. Check this article from our knowledge base or that one to learn more about shortcodes.

First of all, you guys did an amazing job. It’s a clean solid and stable working theme which is easy to customize. The only thing I haven’t figured out so far is if you could list a post category without showing the featured image next to it.

The Quartum WP Theme run ok until I activated another theme and went back again to Quartum. Since then, portfolio items don’t show.
I checked in the Dashboard that portfolio items are ok and even they show the feature picture in the portfolio index (see http://lamaquinadecontenidos.com/portfolio-index). But when clicking on them, error 404 appears.
If I write in the searcher a word included in these portfolio items, they seem to be there (see http://lamaquinadecontenidos.com/search/bebemon), but again when clicking on them, error 404 is there.

Hi, sorry, it’s not supported in WP version of Quartum; only in HTML edition.
I need immediate help on getting a photo gallery to function within this theme. I love everything else about it, but there really is no functionality to the gallery shortcode unless I’m doing something wrong. (I have posted multiple times about this on the forum but have not received a response).
I can add only one gallery image at a time, and must manually insert the URL for the larger image. Then it just replaces the page when clicked on, NO lightbox effect. The standard WP gallery will NOT work at all, and I have now installed 3 external gallery plugins, and none of them will work either. I have GOT to find a solution. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution???

Yes, it seems that there are some changes in WP 3.6 and that’s why search form renders 2 times. We’ve just submitted a patch so in version 2.1.1 everything should be ok.
Your theme has an automatic feature update so WP will notify you when a new version is available (it should notify you any time now :)).

My guess is that on your main page you are using shortcode like: [row header = “Stay tuned”] – have you tried changing it to something else?
