Hello gentlemen I just purchased the following template (Radial – Premium Automotive & Tech HTML Template). This product was designed for one of my client who sells cars. I personally found this super model. But I have a big problem: how to access backoffice to add or modify objects and translate this model. Maybe you have an extra module?. My goal is to use this model to sell cars online, so my client will add his stock car and change the text. This is the French interests me in any case. If you have a multi-language translation, I’m fine. I count on you to offer me another product if it does not meet my expectations. thank you cordially Mr Jean

Hello, Unfortunately we only provide themes in English but we have implemented a multi-language feature so you can easily do it yourself.

You simply need to download a free PoEdit app found here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Translating_WordPress#Translation_Tools http://orange-themes.com/radial/documentation/#translating

this fantastic template, work to iPad?

Hello, Sorry, but this theme is not supported on iPad.

Great Template, Quick & Easy to work with. Looks stunning & I added music to the opening it’s even better :-) The contact/response to questions was speedy. Could have done with a working contact form though to save me the time of doing it. All in all, Love it, Many Thanks

Hi, What happend to the Radial Theme for WordPress??

Hello, We are currently having some minor problems with it, it will be fixed and available next week.

Hi, I would like to show a div only for users with a cellphone/tablet. How can I do that?

You can add it to the theme by modifying the template you want, by default set it’s display to none in css, but in “css/responsive/ipad.css” and “css/responsive/phone*.css” add style that will enable it.

How does this template perform with mobile and touch devices such as iphone, ipad, android, kindle etc?

Thanks, looks fabulous!

The theme is responsive, it should be working fine with all the mentioned devices.

Just a pre-sale question, I noticed that the gallery on the link above is not working fine. The previous and next button isn’t working. Also, the thumbnail below is not working.

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks, Ray

This template does not contain any server-side scripts that would enable this functionality.

How can I achieve that?

You can inspect our Wordpress theme and copy the AJAX scripts that does this.

I had emailed you a few days back over this but Im using this template as HTML5 and when done will install my own CMS for my client ….The issue I m seeing is when I shrink this template on desktop or change zoom size to anything under 100%-the template itself does shrink to fit but the areas around it fill in with white space instead of the actual adjust….why is this happening and can this be fixed

Could you give us a link to the page where the problem encounters so we can see it in live?

Hey, is this Template still up to date? You say, that its not able to visit with the ipad? Which important facts is it also not possible to support?

Thank you for your andwer!

We did launch an update some time ago and it is responsive now – it should be working on desktop, tablets and mobiles fine now.
