Innovative ideas, but a bit old now. I wouldn't use this theme too much anymore, but I can only recommend it.

This theme is just amazing! Lots of original and awesome features. I've been a member of ThemeForest for over 8 years, I've bought a lot of themes but I can say that this one is very, very well thought out and very well coded.
Regarding the author of this theme, he lives up to his creation. Super available, super patient, super fast in his answers, always present to improve his theme. What could be better? If you hesitate with another theme do not ask yourself any more questions, stay on this theme.
PS: I put "Other" because I wanted to put 5 stars for all reasons but I couldn't ;-)

Overall good. Some minor bugs. Communication with author was excelent and everything was fixed.
It has great customer service. They help you a lot in everything. Just tell them about your problem.

Support is very responsive and helpful. Overall theme is really really nice design. But there are certain things they need to polish up - they seems updating and refining it.

Gave great support with an issue importing sample data (I think it may have been our own fault). They are very patient and worked to resolve it very quickly.

I made a small mistake while setting up my pages, and support helped me very quickly. In less than 10 minutes, my mistake was fixed. I am very surprised at the speed of the support and their efficiency. I used to wait for days with some, but not with them. Thanks again, I can only recommend !
