I´ve used the theme 2 years ago, we loved it. The thing is apparently the edge core plugin is presenting errors with WP Bakery, The URL is the following: https://granatoporchetto.com.ar/
We wanted to know if you could make a patch, updating the theme and getting sure the contents can show properly again, we would give you access to the wordpress and server if needed.
Of course, we would pay the support fee for renewal, Could you take a look and see if this error you already know how to solve? Thanks in advance! hope you can help us, we will send an email too

We see that you’ve updated the theme to the latest version. Please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if you’ve updated all of the plugins listed there. It is important to also update Edge Core plugin when the theme is updated.

Hello, its been since June of 2022 since the last theme update. When do you plan on releasing the next theme update for Ratio?

At the moment we don’t have an ETA when this update will come out, however you will be notified via email when the new update is online on ThemeForest.
The compatibility with PHP 8 was improved in the theme updates. We recommend using PHP 8.0 or PHP 8.0.1,

We have deregistered the purchase code for you. You should be able to register the theme now.
You should know that you can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from this article here. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message the correct url will be written.

Hi My host updated the php version of the server to 8.0 and the site stopped working. Can you help with that issue? it’s very annoying. Hello, I have 3 licenses for this theme, on all 3 websites I’m having a really difficult time updating the theme. According to my developer there are some major display issues. Is there a specific sequence of steps we need to be following? Please advise.
Please don’t send instructions on how to update a theme, my developer is a seasoned pro, there is something wrong with the theme and the sequence in which we are using. We’ve never had this issue updating a theme in 15 years of business. Thank you.

Have you tried updating theme via FTP?
Once you update the theme please navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and check if you’ve updated all of the plugins included with the theme. It is important to update Edge Core when updating the theme.
Also, you should make sure that the purchase code is registered in theme’s dashboard. Theme options, shorcodes and meta boxes are now disabled if theme purchase code is not registered on live server.

You can set first main color in Edge Options > General (please see screenshot). First Main color won’t affect every element. Some elements (like header, footer, fonts, buttons, etc.) have their individual color settings for customizability reasons.

I added a new logo with another size to the Edge Options-> Logo section but not refereshed in any device instead of mobile device. Wordpress version is 6.0.2 and Ratio version is 2.8, ¿Do you have any problem like this?

Please upload your new logo in all fields of Edge Options > Logo https://ratio.qodeinteractive.com/documentation/#edge_options_logo
Also check if you have uploaded a logo an a particular page options as if it is the case it will overwrite the Global options.

The images can be from a single portfolio project only and if you wish to display just one image you can upload only main featured image and leave second and third featured image options empty (please see screenshot).
