You don’t have support panel for RAZ Theme.
Our customer liked your theme very much, we purchased the RAZ theme and installed it. We did everything as in the documentation. We installed Demo Data but it doesn’t work correctly. CSS not loading, all over the site is registered.

We did the demo-6 installation, connected the Envato accounts, whatever the documentation is everything is correct.
But except for the slider, the site is corrupt. The demo is corrupt, there is a CSS problem.
We also did the Wordpress Reset that you said in the 1st comment, it didn’t work.
We could not get efficiency in any way.

The demo files of your theme are corrupt and the css does not work. It also does not work properly in the setup. I can’t use this theme anywhere, my client bought another theme and we are done.

We recognized, that with the TAZ theme media files are stored in only one folder (the month when first activating the theme e.g 2020/12/) while it should now be stored in 2021/01/.
This issue happend also in a former installation with this theme at the time we purchased it. Our media library contains hundreds of images an files. We testet other themes where media files were stored properly in montly based folders and checked RAZ within a clean developer installation where the storaging also used only one folder.
We think this is a major issue. So what can we do?

Hello, I like your design very much, but after purchasing this template (Raz-demo), I found it is not available. This theme is not compatible with Shopify. Hello There! what a beautiful theme – We got it through envato elements and i wonder how i can change the pink color on hover sitewide – i changed it in the color options but it still affects a lot of hover (menu hovers, basket dropdown, single product button etc…)

Hello, I’m considering purchasing your theme to use “Home 14”. Though I ran into what seems to be an issue during testing the demo of that home page. On the mobile version of the page, when interacting with the listed items, clicking any item sends you back to the top of the page. Then you have to scroll back down to view the caption of the item that you clicked on. Is it by design or a bug that clicking on an item sends you to the top of the page and forces you to scroll back down to view the caption of the item you clicked on? Thanks!

Firstly thank you for interested the theme and for your question – No, this is not a bug of the theme because the items with URLs are #. So, you can change them to the special category or custom link after you import the demo.

Is it possible to make the items only show the caption when you click on them, instead of trying to go to a new page, so you can see the caption before deciding to go to a new page?

Yes, the theme support Ajax search function. Have you checked it on the demo page ?
With ajax suggestions related to my search? I have not tried every demo, but those I have tried did not have this function.
Do you offer your themes to agencies (white label)?
Just loves how it looks like everything is in the theme and not a tons of plugins.

Hi again, Thank you for answering all of my questions. Much appreciated. I am impressed with the features in this themes. I have some last questions:
1. Can you choose different paginations? (Infinite scroll, load more, numbers) when you design product lists with your widget in Elementor? I really miss this feature when I design product lists with Elementor.
2. Is it possible to add the product category to the prudcts in a list over products? Now all of your design options only show the product name, rating and price.
3. Via the documentation, I can see you have different shop display types. Is there an option to have the add to cart button visible?
4. Is it possible to hide and enable different product image via mouse over?

Update: So far so good with installing. LA Studio does a really good job of making their handbook for this theme to follow along and install. This is coming from someone who has never worked on wordpress before. They also responded very fast. I will add an update if I have any issues with this theme but, so far so good.
