Hi, nice theme, but like a lot of users i have a problem with the color of the “property page” I’ve read a lot of comments and your answers, tried to copy/paste all your solutions, but i still cannot change some items. Can you please help me ? Regards, Phill.

No way to change accent color without using CSS? Customisation menu is really poor and messy.

In Chrome DevTools im getting theerrors below:

A Future Request for the next update is to be able to click on the Property Photo on Mobile Devices to view the property. You can only do this on Desktop…. you have to click the Address.

www.Realatrends.com is my website. The link below the photos goes to the detail page but when clicking the PHOTO on an Iphone or Ipad it does not. The same thing with your demo site.

I found that if you click the Very Bottom of the Photo it goes to the page, if you click on the Top or Middle of the photo it does not work. Would like to be able to click ANYWHERE on the photo… Hopefully the update will fix this.

Share this / facebook, till few weeks ago, was publishing image of property on visitor fb account. Right now, if someone click share this/facebok site logo is published on fb…there is no any image of property. Can you fix that somehow? Thank you!

Please make sure that “Open Graph Meta Tags” option is enabled from Customizer > Property Detail Page > Basics options panel.

Hi, i have a few questions before purchase this theme.

1. Can i create agents under an agency? 2. An agent can submit a property by front end submission and select to share that property for certain agencies? This point is very important because i want to create groups like agencies and each agent can submit a property and select specifics agencies to view the property.

Thanks for taking interest in Real Homes theme.

- This theme supports only agents. Agents is a custom post type. You may use it as Agencies.

- However, to submit properties default WordPress users are being used. Those users can also assign them to the property as an agent.

- What a user can do or can’t depend on the user role. Subscribers can submit the properties only but they can’t publish if you don’t allow them. You can review them yourself and publish later on being an administrator.

I am not sure if I could understand your question properly. However, if you want to remove the property “Submit” button then please select “None” for the Select Submit Property Page option from Customizer > Members > Submit Property options panel.

I need to maintain agents and property owners as well, how can I get this. For some properties I get list from owners so need separate list of them

1) To customize homepage and its section I will recommend you to follow this theme documentation given in the main theme package.

2) You can see the whole agents list to select one of them. The author list is not an option as currently logged in author can assign only himself to a property.

Hello, I have a website under construction running 3 languages, Arabic English and Turkish with WPML. My problem is ONLY in the Arabic version in which the property details page photo gallery works well from outside view and all the images are there but when clicking on the image to enter the full view mode gallery only the first image is shown while the other images show black screen. I tried a lot of things but can’t figure where the problem is, I even changed the Arabic slugs to Latin letters as I thought that maybe would solve the problem but it did not. I need help please.

Hi, when I activate the template, this immediately causes error 500. I have tried to increase the memory in the php.ini, I also deleted the .htaccess, and renamed the plugins folder, but it does not work either. What do you think the solution to this may be?

Hello, I seem to be having trouble with the mobile menu. The expandable hamburger menu that displays when screen width is limited retains its display when the window is maximized again, if you don’t collapse the menu first. The steps to recreate are: 1) reduce screen width to display hamburger menu button, 2) click hamburger menu button to expand, 3) maximize window without collapsing menu. This problem occurs on your demo page as well. We are using the classic display, and the problem occurs with parent theme with no modifications (as well as child theme). Any suggestions for fixing this bug?

Thanks for sharing your experience. But that’s not the right way to test the menu responsiveness. As whenever you load a site on a device it adapts the current screen size and styles accordingly.
