hello, i really love this theme… but i have some customization requests. Do i purchase the theme first, then request for customization, which i can easily update or i should send my customization request, wait for completion then get the entire theme + customization included?

I’ve translated to spanish selecting spanish in general settings and most of the site is now in spanish but there is still some words on properties homepage listing in english. How can I translate the “featured” label on the property thumbnail, the “View Property” on the thumbnail hover, and the words Bedrooms, Bathrooms and Area? Thank you very much.

Those strings are coming from theme’s settings, elementor widget settings and page’s metaboxes. Simply comb through customizer settings to translate/modify such strings. After that edit homepage and go through its metaboxes to translate related strings. If you are using Elementor then you can also go through elementor widget’s settings to modify related strings.

We have also introduced a Spanish demo import in last update that comes with all such strings pre-translated in Spanish. But looks like you are already ahead of that stage so you can consult above instructions.

I have a weird problem. I cant see the property features and I don’t know why. I created them and then I created a property with the features but when I was about to create a new one It doesn’t show me them, but they’re created.. When I clic on “Property Features” the list is empty and It says “Add new property feature” I type the name and when I clic the button to create, It doesn’t work, It does nothing.

Hi there, I have purchased this theme few days ago, while customizing it for my project few questions are to be asked,

Q1. © [current_year] tag in footer, not working, do i need to keep track and change it every year?

Q2. I added a property status, (Sold) and want to display a red SOLD Bar/ribbon in one corner of the property display(list / grid) view. How to do that ?

Q3. How can I make front-end user with the role of contributor to post a blog post without accessing the WordPress Dashboard ?

Q4. How theme deals or cleans the data of properties, posts, which are deleted/trashed, is there any script or process which deletes the media(pictures/videos) added to properties ?

1. We are going to add the dynamic tag for the year in a future update so no you will not have to do it again.

2. Consult this guide to learn how you can add the SOLD status for a property.

3. Well, this is not something controlled by our theme. So, you can consider using a third party plugin like User Role editor to modify the ability of the user to have limited options at the backend but you can’t prevent the user entirely.

4. Give this guide a read to learn how you can properly clean the media files from your website.

Hello! We have bought the item and we are very happy with it. We have a desktop application that should be contactable to upload synchronized property information using the WP REST API. We have managed to work with cities, types, status, but when we try to post / put properties we have been complicated with the photos of them. Could you tell us the strictly necessary data pairs for the creation of a new property through the REST APIs and the steps to achieve it? Thank you!

Property images are stored as multiple entries against same meta key. You can know about available meta keys for a property using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/debug-meta-data/

Assuming you are using Classic Design, you can select the Center Header Variation in Dashboard → RealHomes → Customize Settings → Header → Others as explained and shown in the documentation.
