Sorry to see you disappointed with the theme, it would be great if you can tell me what part seems less customisable as compared to which is being advertised. I will look for any possibilities about it in the future updates.

Huge customization possibility and great design, Some functionality need to improve. I think Map search should be one of them, Hopefully, they will add soon.

After months of searching the Developer's support forum to solve issues in the parent theme, developer doesn't provide future-proof solutions nor real help to solve every issue and customization unless we pay for custom coding for simple issues such as hiding search items or correctly translating for WPML enabled terms.
Most solutions were implemented on parent theme since there is no other option! Like using the same Property ID for the same property in 2 different languages.

Best design theme for customized real estate website
Terrible theme on the market by far. Every updates reseted previous modified works. One star rating due zero star unavailable.
Fantastic Theme, easy to use and great support when you need it.
poor code + many bugs
when you delete user half of the homepage going down, there is still a lot of work to be done on this theme :(
