Very poor customer support, the theme is not bad but I need to make a lot of code personalization

Good design, quite fast but missing private fields for agent notes and owners section linked to properties

Just rated this theme and then I went back to Realto theme and tried something that actually fixed my issue. The thing is, I spent many days trying to overcome something that a developer could have helped with. So if you do buy this theme (again its actually nice looking and could be simple) be prepared to figure things out yourself. Documentation gets and 'F' and support is lacking

Customer support was okay at first. But now is non-existent. I am paying for support and shouldn't be ignored by the author.

I am still in the process of trying to get my site up and working - support is very unresponsive....they went on vacation for a week and a half and just left me hanging.
I have one ticket that has not been answered since July 22, 2016 and now I have four tickets that have been in the cue for 5 days....
I really hope they return soon so I can get this site up for my client....
And if they rectify themselves I will come back an change this review.

They started out really good and responsive and since then they have gotten progressively worse and worse.....too bad - this theme and Favethemes.com have potential - but not with customer service like this.
