Coming up to the 6 month anniversary of when I installed the website still no support. Just refund my money… I switched emails and can’t get into my original account for some reason. SIDEBARS FIX, Go to Apearance then customize, after you are there click on the page you want to show the sidebar. A new menu option on left customizer sidebar will show up with a light green background on it, click on it and start adding Realtyspace widgets in it.

Sidebars got the widgets removed some how and I just adviased anyone with this issue on how they can add the widgets back to each sidebar. I don’t have an issue anymore.

It’s been an additional two months with no support or solutions, If your a Canadian agent don’t buy this theme if you want to use realtypress plugin for your MLS integration. Still have no mobile site and cant use 2 of the 3 templates. I started this website upgrade in February its still not working correctly.

Hello – I am still not receiving support. I’ve emailed several times again with no response
I have several problems with this theme it’s coming up to a month and no real support.
I’m in Canada so I am using the realtypress plug in for my ddf/mls data feed so I have to use the short code.
First thing was the submit button on the main page footer for the feedback form was cut off my friend made a custom css to make it correct size so we fixed that.
Second thing is if we use the nice search type menu the picture is missing. We spent hours trying to get it work so gave up and used the video instead however the big problem with that one on mobile there is nothing no video and I’m guessing on mobile there is supposed to be a picture instead of a video is just a white screen.
Finally because we have to use realtypress plug in all the images are different sizes there is no way to control and make them uniform it looks sloppy and messy.
To forgo the realty press and use the original theme you have to manually enter all the listing info with 1500+ listing that isn’t going to happen
Also if anyone knows on realtypress what we can use in the short code to filter only single family homes that would be great. I’ve tried property_type=single_family but it just displays nothing. I have commercial and other properties showing up with my luxury homes I want to filter out.
