I have been having ongoing issues / ticket open with you since November 2022 – it is now March 2023 – 5 months and it is still not solved! I need support as it’s your theme and plugins having the issue. I have sent dozens of emails to email@example.com with no response. I have several problems with this theme it’s coming up to a month and no real support.
I’m in Canada so I am using the realtypress plug in for my ddf/mls data feed so I have to use the short code.
First thing was the submit button on the main page footer for the feedback form was cut off my friend made a custom css to make it correct size so we fixed that.
Second thing is if we use the nice search type menu the picture is missing. We spent hours trying to get it work so gave up and used the video instead however the big problem with that one on mobile there is nothing no video and I’m guessing on mobile there is supposed to be a picture instead of a video is just a white screen.
Finally because we have to use realtypress plug in all the images are different sizes there is no way to control and make them uniform it looks sloppy and messy.
To forgo the realty press and use the original theme you have to manually enter all the listing info with 1500+ listing that isn’t going to happen
Also if anyone knows on realtypress what we can use in the short code to filter only single family homes that would be great. I’ve tried property_type=single_family but it just displays nothing. I have commercial and other properties showing up with my luxury homes I want to filter out.

Hello, it seems that the text editor for slider revolution is not functioning properly. ie adding a shadow or text stroke. I contacted slider revolution support and they indicated it was related to the theme. Any thoughts?

I assume you are using iHomefinder plugin. In this case you need to change this in Optima Express (iHomefinder) plugin settings.

The 1.5.0 Version of Realtyspace Companion conflicts with Advanced Custom Fields PRO and throws an error, causing the website not to load.
I had to downgrade to Version 1.4.30, and it works fine.
Please, look into the issue.
Please, make sure that you’ve updated both Realtyspace Companion and ACF PRO plugins. We’ve tested plugins compatibility before releasing last update, everything is working correctly.
I updated both of them, that is when the error occurred.
I presently have Advanced Custom Fields PRO Version 6.0.2 and Realtyspace Companion 1.4.30.
I even tried using Realtyspace Companion Version 1.5.0 with free Advanced Custom Fields and it did not work and gave the error.

hi, Its been a couple months since I first reached out for help with the image display issues. So I am posting here, hoping for a quick response:
I had a look at in the inspector to view the code generated by your RealtySpace Theme, where the Testimonials images are no longer displaying. Here is an example:
So, as you can see, there is a space missing and when I changed in the temporary browser session to img class then the image displayed again.
Also, on the home page there is a background image that is no longer displaying on the page: background-image: url(https://www.enderbyrealestate.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/CAN-REMAX-Industry-Statistics-2019.jpg)
... and that image is uploaded to the website and displays in the browser by itself – BUT does not display on the webpage.
Can you please fix these issues in your Theme code ASAP so the images display properly on the pages. Thanks!

When can we expect this theme to have any update? It’s causing all kinds of problems for me and it’s not PHP 8.0 compatible. We were told there would be an update months ago.
Also do you have plans to remove/replace the compiler cache files & Twig/Timber cache so the site doesn’t rely on them?

Hi, I updated the theme to the latest version (1.5), but the theme is still relying on Timber Cache. I’m not able to copy my site from a production environment to a staging environment w/o all kinds of issues. Is there plans to remove Timber Cache or is there a workaround?

You need to upload realtyspace.zip file. Another file (realtyspace-child.zip) is a child theme that allows you to overwrite theme files without editing files directly in the parent theme.
