Would not download properly, as a result of error codes. As there are issues with the download, that may be the reason the site does not appear as advertised. Having troubles getting a refund...not too comfortable about the process this far.

Reached out to both ThemeForest and the author. The included plugins need registration and the registration details are not provided. ThemeForest said to contact the author, I contacted the author and got no response so I requested a refund from ThemeForest and got no response.

still not compatible with the newest PHP (8.1, 8.2. or 8.3) i believe the best PHP version is 7.4. This theme needs updating... may be time for a change for me

Great layout but it could use a bit more layout options. Type and video background for example on single pages.

Being a customer at Themeforest for over than 8 years with 40 themes purchased, the customer support of codefactory47 is the worst i have ever dealt with.

Late responses with irrelevant replies and very late reactions to resolve the issues. More than 4 months to fix or at least to provide a definite explanation for the cause on a very critical bug which does not allow the editing of an existing property post and consequently leads to website crash.
I was forced to upgrade 2 times my hosting plan (paying extra fees) at my efforts to find a solution assuming that it was a performance issue.

The nice design and rich functonality of the theme are destroyed by the poor quality of customer support.

poor customer support!!! sent MULTIPLE emails for assistance and it was utter failure in resolving the issues. they saying they cant assist in the "TECHNICAL" issues. Weeks before any silly responses of "help" was given

BTW the issues is related to the team as it worked fine for more than 2 years and there seems to be a bug that came on and needs fixing. and their solutions was to hire a tech person. like WTF!! TAHT IS WHAT THE EXTENDED TECH SUPPORT TAHT WAS PAID IS FOR!!

Despite the very long waiting time in order to get help (we're talking a couple of months), the support finally fixed the bugs I was encountering with the theme.
