Bugs, bugs, bugs!
Had issues since the first time I used it.
I purchased and renewed support for 2 times.
I updated my WP and PHP and now can't update my site anymore.
Having serious WP issues due to Slider Revolution Plugin but can't get help because my support license expired. I just can't go on buying tons of support licenses every year because of bugs and plugins troubleshooting.
Seriously considering to trash the whole theme.
Not worthy all the money I pent in all these years.

Current version of the theme listed in change log should work correctly with the latest version of WordPress and with PHP 8.0.
You don't need to extend support in case you need latest version of bundled plugin. You can contact us through this email (just add your purchase code in the mail) and our support agents will provide you with latest version.

Super desgin, and all features i need for Band website.
This is actually the second Edge Theme theme I've purchased (second under separate account for my personal website!) and both have just been awesome. They are SO feature rich, it's almost too much. There is so much to customize on any individual page and paring the theme with WP Bakery just lows you to go crazy with it. I haven't gotten very fair into this new build yet, but am definitely happy with things so far and excited to keep going.

It is disappointing that there is no availability to include video hosted on your site. You are only able to link to videos hosted at Vimeo and YouTube resulting in unwanted advertising from these brands appearing on your site unless you are willing to pay for premium membership to Youtube and Vimeo.
Any videos used as background imagery will not play on iPads and other Apple products as they require permission to play third party external content.
The album page defaults to include a link to iTunes and has to be unchecked each time the page is updated.
The revolution slider can only be updated if you buy an extra license. Likewise, the WP Bakery page builder can only be updated if you purchase a separate license. As this is the default page builder it is difficult to work around this and would in time I imagine become a problem if the version included in the theme becomes incompatible with future versions of wordpress
It would seem that all these elements if purchased would add in the region of another $150 to the purchase price.
I feel it would be beneficial if these elements were highlighted in the copy to give a clearer indication of what they are buying. For some, it may not be a concern but it would help to make a more informed choice.

Self hosted videos may be included on any page using "Raw HTML" element from WP Bakery and embedding a video that way. Please take a look at this helpful article -> https://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_video.asp
Videos inserted via Revolution slider as an HTML video will work on every device, so it seems like you tried to configure this wrong.
iTunes is unchecked every time you create a new album, so this is not a bug, but a default state for new custom post type.
Bundled plugins can be updated in 2 ways. First is to write to our support mail or open a ticket requesting an update. Second is to wait for the theme update and once you install it on your side, all bundled plugins will be updated as well. We provide lifetime updates for all our users, so this shouldn't be a problem.
All our themes are regularly updated and adjusted to work with the latest assets and platforms.
It would be very helpful if you could write this to our agent before rating our theme this bad. We'd explain situation better and avoid this kind of uncomfortable chatting.
Nevertheless, we'd like to ask you to improve your rating a bit, since we think our support staff and theme itself deserve much better than this.
