There is an issue with the WPBakery Visual Composer Page Builder. It’s requesting that I purchase an update in order for my website to work. I thought Visual Composer was included in the price when I purchased the theme?

I was wondering if I renew the licence I can get the recent up to date Themes file which is compatible with Gutenberg. just to mention that I developed a child theme based on this original theme. I did installed the plugin you have mentioned after my latest comment but I rather not to use any plugin for this and instead download the most up to date files for the Theme to be compatible with this new Wordpress feature. Please advise. Thank you.

Hi, I tried to submit a ticket to the https://jellythemes.ticksy.com/ website, but it would not take my purchase code. It’s the only purchase code I have from theme forest, but it said it was for a different product. Not sure what else to do.
Never mind, I had to make a new account and it worked. It was only showing the option for the template and not the wordpress option through envato.

Hi. Is there any way on the portfolio for all of the categories to show even if you load more button hasn’t been expanded? Currently, it will only show the categories that are loaded, so it can be misleading to the user as to how many projects there really are.

So when I go to my website www.wizfix.com which is using your theme when I scroll down from any page the image becomes jittery like its changing slightly. If u load the website and slowly scroll down you will notice it. Is there anyway to fix this?

The latest version of bundled plugins should be provided with the theme update only.
Could you please tell us why do you need the latest version of VC when our theme was built and tested with the included version and update can cause problems?
Hi, Sorry for the late reply, It’s actually regarding the Visual Composer and Revolution Slider. For Visual Composer, our resource advised that we should keep all plugins up to date for Wordpress security reasons.
Today we also experienced following message from Revolution Slider as well which we are not sure what causes the error if the Theme should work based on the link you have provided.

the form throws and err with “expired purchase code”. Our issue is related to technicality issue with the Theme and plugins used on it. Currently both Visual Composer and Revolution Slider are deactivated and when I try to activate them using the purchase code we are not be able to.
I’ve done research about this err: (‘Vimeo Froogaloop Api Could not be loaded ! Please Check and Renew SSL Certificate !’) on ThemePunch and they are pointing out that it does have to do with the Plugin licence and activation!
This issue is related to the purchase code in download folder of Jelly Theme package we have received in theme forest website.
I understand the renewing support but the issue we have been having is related to the original package we have provided with, we do not need the new version or new functionalities for the theme at this time to renew the licence, our problem is related to activating the Theme.

Please notice that you can’t activate any bundled plugins with Theme Activation Key: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins as Envato doesn’t have such functionality.

Hello. I work with webdesign in EU, and now GDPR is a big issue when it comes to our clients that are ranging between major and minor companies. I went through much of your documentation, but didn’t get any information about GDPR and if your theme(s) will have issues with it.
In other words, I want to know: Are you getting any kind of information from websites through your themes? Are they forwarded to second or third parties? If you do, I need to know what, since that has to be included in the GDPR disclosure for the users and especially the companies.

In case I’m not the only dummy… the portfolio view only loads a certain number of items. The filters work only the items loaded. So you might have to click “load more” to view more.
I need to add video to my portfolio/ works section. However, I do not have the option to paste a link where it should be. I already uninstalled and reinstalled according to the video that support shared with someone else (theme plugin deactivate and reinstall). The video option is still not there. Please help ASAP
