Excellent and responsive customer support, and a very sleek theme
Great Theme and Amazing support, thank you Jelly-Theme for your hard work and dedication. They solved my problem in an instance.
Most of the time, you don't need customer support, but when you do it's probably urgent and you need the correct answers fast. This author does a great job at that. I would definitely purchase another theme from Jelly Themes again.
The theme is looking and performing great, plus the customer service has been on point and super helpful solving issues and answering questions that I have!
Stupid section setup and poor documentation
Great theme with quick support response time. A couple of items could be improved, like compatibility with front end Visual Composer, and sometimes difficult to follow the Homepage layout so takes a little time to figure out where everything is. Overall few problems though that can't be worked out and I would happily recommend this theme.
