Hi, I am facing an issue. When is set the PHP version to 8.1 then, I face an error that is “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” not on all pages. Facing issues on New Post, admin login and some other pages. It was fixed when I set the PHP version to 7.4. I have cleaned the cache and tried again but the issue is present.

I have purchased the theme from another account. I bought the theme in 2018. At the time, my support period is over. I already have a support account at https://estudiopatagon.ticksy.com/. I can provide information for verification. How can I validate my purchase?
If your support period is over, you will need to renew it to get help, but i’m afraid you will need to log in an ask with the account you purchase the theme.
To open tickets you need a valid purchase and also a valid support period (every theme includes 6 months of support).
I would recommend to do all the validation process with the other account, after all is in order we will help you asap.

Some reason i can’t access the account anymore and it’s never possible. So i don’t have any way to renew support period.
I have the valid license key. If there is any other way to verify my purchase then i can verify by the way. Like i can provide my license key and the account username. You will easily check the license key and history.
At the moment i don’t facing any other major or minor error. My website working as expected.
I was check the last update change log and i noticed that php 8 is comfortable with the theme then i’m trying to change php version to 8.1 via c panel. After update i face the “There has been a critical error on this website.”
Error. But not in every page, facing only some page. Umm when i’m going to write a new article there is i facing. I was also check error log but there is nothing. I was tired my level best to identify and fixing but no clue. Then i thought if i post a comment then the developer team may help me.
I understand, the way is not a good thing for getting support. I respect the terms. I just suggest you that when get free time then check the issue. Is the issue from theme site or not. If there is theme side issue then the issue will fixed in the next update. So, i will also get the update.

When trying to activate my license in wordpress I get the following message: “License is already active on maximum allowed product instances, please deactivate this license from active instance(s) and try again!”
The problem is that the last time I used this theme was in mid-2020 and the site in question no longer exists, so there’s no way the license is still in use. Could you generate a new license for me? I can’t use this one.

Does Reco support writing custom excerpts in the articles?
Hello, it is supported for all our themes but just for loops (Homepage, archives, author page, etc) not inside the articles (Single Post page)
After the last update, the “Estudio Patagon” option in the menu show a eternal red dot to info the new themes and nothing can be done to disable this f*king cursed red dot. Please guys, disable this shit, is annoying.

Hi, I have a problem with non-english characters when typed into the search bar (Polish characters to be exact). When searching “Sprawdź” for example the URL converts to “/sprawd%25C5%25BA/” and just shows the 404 error. Any ideas how to fix this so users can type Polish characters into the search bar and posts will still show up? Maybe some way to replace the non-english characters with english characters so it will show the results but users still will be able to type them into the search bar? Thanks!
Hello, i’m afraid for that issue you shoud contact your hosting provider for more information.
If you check the live demo, special characters are not replaced, so it is something related to the server configuration.
I have an issue, menu not clickable on mobile if it has a submenu. How can I fix this?

I’m afraid to change that behavior will require several code changes. My recommendation is to add a submenu element with the same link as the parent. And change the parent name to anything else with an empty link (so it will match desktop and mobile).
Probably in a future update this will be changed, because there are several requests in the main to-do list about menus and other mobile improvements.
