The items is outdated and used Adobe Muse for editing which the product itself has not been available anymore. There is no way to edit the template. Be careful before purchase. It is absolutely NOT worthy your money.

Muse is a part of the Adobe Creative Cloud, so you have to pay a subscription fee to use it. Adobe Muse is no longer adding new features and discontinue support on March 26, 2020. You can still work with Muse CC as usual if you have Creative Cloud subscription.
Can users of Adobe Muse continue to use the software and also download it again?
Yes, if you have a current subscription with Creative Cloud all apps, you should be able to locate Muse in the Older Apps section. To access Older Apps section, navigate to Settings in your Creative Cloud desktop application, select Apps, and enable Show Older Apps.
