Though there’s some problem like buttons cant be redirected to specific portfolio post grid, and some reason the menu only shows in desktop, and the other turns into burger menu.. for medium screen it doesn’t look very great with burger menu ^_;

I’m doing the service for a client who uses your theme and would like to ask a question. The menu on mobile only displays on the home page, on other pages it does not appear, how do you solve this? I saw that in the demo of your theme this also happens.

Good day this latest version has broken visual composer completely. The site is now unusable as the visual composer only display shortcodes and not the builder. Please advise or how we can downgrade to a previous version

The latest version was thoroughly tested before release and everything works fine there. Check under Appearance > Install Plugins if everything is up to date and active. It sounds like at least the WPBakery page builder is not active.
Good day, I have recently updated you theme and the portfolio CPT when trying to add images gives the following error: “Failed to load plugin: media from url http://domain.com/wp-includes/js/tinymce/plugins/media/plugin.min.js" Please advise how this can be resolved as the theme is now broken. We are also using Jquery migrate helper which isn’t doing anything.

If creating the products with the default WooCommerce duplicate functionality – that’s how WooCommerce work. Alternatively, you may use a plugin like Duplicate Post, where you can select which product fields to be duplicated.

No, we don’t have that functionality for now.
What you can do is import the full demo on a second WordPress instance and then copy the content of the page you are interested in to your instance.

Not really sure what do you mean by “brand-on”. Basically the theme itself doesnt have brands functionality,but you can use attributes as we did on the demo

That’s the normal life cycle of a theme. Vinicia was too old to be converted to the latest Envato rewuirements and we had no choice. Refer is a modern theme and it will be available for at least 2-3 years more.
As for migration from Vinicia to Refer, it’s a pretty simple job. We will assist you in the process if you need help.

The WPBakery Page Builder is updated with the theme. Currently the latest version is included with the latest theme update. Just make sure when you update the theme, you also update all bundled plugins (Refer plugin, WPBakery etc.) under Appearance > Install Plugins.

Thanks, but when I try to update it this message occurres: “An error occurred while updating WPBakery Page Builder: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Sounds like you’re trying to update directly from the WordPress updates and not where we told you to update it.
When I go to “appearance” -> “install plugins” the WPbakery page builder is not there? Thats why I tried doing it from the WP updates instead. Could you please help me find out from where I can find and update it? Thanks.

Hi again, If the 5.7 version is included in the theme, I think it’s unfair that I need to pay for the support to update it because of an error. Currently I have the WP bakery builder version 5.5.2, and no matter from where in WP I try to update it an error occures. It leads me to “WP bakery builder included in theme? click here” but when I click it I requires a license that I have not been provided with. Please be kind to help me solve this, as it should not cause this much trouble and use of time when it’s something included in the theme I’ve paid for. Thanks.

We don’t want you to pay for updates! Updates are free and always will be! However, it looks like you have a problem to update your theme and plugins and we can not provide technical help here in the comments.
The latest version of the WP Bakery Page Builder is included with the latest version of the theme. If you update the theme itself, the WPBakery update should be available too.
I am afraid this is the most we can do here in the comments area. If you need further assistance, you’d need to renew your support and post your questions in our support forums.

I did update the theme recently, but the WP bakery page builder did not update with it. I’m really not satisfied with your request on making me pay to get the update working as it’s not that I need support on how to do it, but a matter that there is obviously an error on updating it. I hope that you come around to see how unsatisfying it is that you ask me to pay for you to solve an error on your end? Please if you could help med with this, so I can start editing my site as there’s outdated material on my site right now that our customers are not happy with.

The 5.7 version of the WPBakery Page Builder plugin was added in theme version 1.6.0 on 13.02.2019. That’s exactly one month ago!
Later on 04.03.2019 there was a new theme update – v. 1.6.1
If you don’t have the WPBakery 5.7 available in your Appearance > Install Plugins page, this would mean that you are running an old version of the theme.
As I already explained, you’d need to update your theme to the latest version in order to get access to the latest version of WPBakery Page Builder.
If for some reason you can’t (or don’t know how to) update your theme, we can help you, but that’s considered support and we can’t do it here in the comments area. Yes, access to our support forums requires a valid support extension which is paid, but this is the official Envato Support policy, not something we decide.
Update your theme by using the official Envato Market Plugin OR manually and the WPBakery update will be available in your dashboard.
We have tested the update and everything seems fine and in working condition – no errors of any sort.
What we suggest is manually download the latest theme files and try to replace them on your server using an FTP client. That’s it.
There is literally nothing else we can do.

1. I am afraid you can’t display excerpts with the Refer theme. You can have short description displayed with our Rigid theme when the list view is enabled – e.g. https://rigid.althemist.com/product-category/clothes/?shop_default_product_columns=rigid-products-list-view&show_sidebar_shop=checked&category_columns_num=3
2. Not really sure what do you call “label”. Could you please explain more?
3. If you mean the single product page description tabs – you can have additional tabs in the product description with a plugin. There are many plugins like this available. Both free and premium.

Yes, if it’s the discount and NEW labels – the theme have such functionality. Actually ALL our themes have them both.

Yes, you can. This is not even theme related. It’s a standard WooCommerce feature (product attribute > visible on the product page YES/NO and product attribute > used for variations YES/NO).
It’d be the same with any theme.

“About author” section is a core WordPress feature. It is only displayed if author info is entered in the author profile. Otherwise it’s hidden. It’s the same with any properly coded theme.
WC Marketplace, WC Vendors and Dokan woild work fine, but if you need a really great integration with custom vendor features, you should check our Rigid theme.

the low rank is mostly caused by some demo images not optimized and not all resources cached. Other than that – the theme works pretty fast (ranking depends on content, server quality and also location).
Not really sure what do you mean about Gutenberg. The theme is fully compatible with WordPress 5.0. However, it stricktly depends on WP Bakery Page Builder, so you can’t use it with pure Gutenberg anyway. I mean, with pure Gutenberg you’d lose a lot of custom functionalities. Other than that – yes, it works with the Gutenberg editor.

I know your theme only has one PRODUCT PAGE layout. However please consider adding a different way to show gallery. Because this one only looks good if you have very nice photography showcasing the item being bought.
However for stores that only have product pictures this layout is not nice. A better idea would be to have the image on slider with some thumbnails to the right side which is standard on ecommerce sites.
Any ideas if this is a future update?

actually it takes up to 3.8 seconds, not 10.
However, keep in mind that loading speed would greatly vary and mostly depend on your location, the server location and the current server load. It looks like you’re based in the US and testing from Canada, while our sites are hosted in the EU. When tested from London, it takes up to 3.8 (sometimes go as low as 2,6) seconds, which is a great result for e-commerce website with so much content on the home page.
