I purchased the plugin. The Import Demo Data page is broken and doesn’t work. The support website for the author is offline. The documentation that came with the theme is written in poor english with most of the “useful information” existing on the authors website… the same one that’s offline.
So far, I can’t get anything to install or function in a useful manner. I’m about ready to request a refund and move on since so much is broken out of the box.

I’m interested in your Theme but I have a few practical questions. - Can I adjust the adjusted Gallery? I’d like to have a mouse over with text on the picture rather then under it. And I’d like to change the size of the photos. On my 4k screen, I only have two huge photos besides each other. - I’d also like to make the gallery full size in width - Can I add autoplay of videos in the gallery? Hi, I’ve been searching for a pro photography theme for days, yours seems to have most of the functionality I need and the best design overall, esp. for the portfolio/galleries. Just a few questions:
1. Would it be updated to the lasted WordPress version soon?
2. Would it be compatible with the current version if I download and install it before your update (I have the latest version of WP and WooCommerce installed)?
3. For how long would you be updating this theme? I need it for at least 5 years.
and finally 4. Can I remove your copyright note (designed by Fox Themes) on my website?

- Yes it would be compatible
- Unfortunately as for now I may not be in a position to provide a timeline to this. We however do not have any plans to stop updating the theme

Hi, I made the installation of wordpress 5.9.2, with the current version of the template, in the import demo data it is not possible to import all the demos so I chose import specific pages and then selected all the pages, but the site seems not import them correctly, moreover in the error log it reports several fatal php errors and errors in the config file and wp-setting and wp-db, this happens both with the php version 7.2 and with the 7.4, while with the version 8.0 the site is not really visible . Can you give me a more precise date of the next update?

Hi,
I have raised support ticket and writting here as well. This theme is having some sort of bugs as listed below :-
1.) Logo custom height width doesn’t work on desktop but it does work for mobile devices. 2.) On Mobile devices both logo appears (hover and mobile) just after scrolling. 3.) When clicking on customize hyperlink it throws “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” error.

I tried to understand this theme. IMPOSSIBLE! Not transparent, impossible to retro-engineer in order to understanding how it is built! Bad, unconsistent documentation. Several mails to support are unanswered. Looks like the theme is build with plug-ins and extension-keys NOT included in the theme.
Therefore, if you want to use it prepare your credit card for 70 more bucks!

WPBakery license is not included and therefore, the theme cannot replicate what you advertise it for. I have tried to contact you again and again. If you think that not replying as I am bothering you deeply is the way to go ok, but I will not shut up just because your commercial promises are not held.

Hi John, I am still trying to contact you by replying directly to your mail. Unfortunately you don’t answer. There is absolutely no trace of Plug-in functionality you are advertising and no license file either. I have transferred any files per FTP on the server. The imported demo pages CANNOT even be changed in order to trying to adapt my site as there is no hint at all to understand how they are even built, not to speak of media content control. By the way this is not how I wanna do things, but I have no choice than try to find out something which apparently isn’t there!!!! So I would be happy to get some of your help here or stop it all and give me a refund. I have given you full access to my site in order for you guys to check, but again you’re completely silent….

John, I cannot get your theme to work properly. Structure is not comprehensible. Templates cannot be re-created as advertised. Pages do not render at all or properly. I have sent you multiple mails, again. No reply! Your documentation is not understable as it misses a lot of content!
