Make sure to “unzip” the file first. Then you’ll see a folder inside the package called “Help documentation” you can get some idea how to start with it.

I have a question…in mail chimp the modules functionality is no longer working correctly…the “minus” button will not remove areas and the “plus” button no longer brings up a choice of content types…

Please make sure that you’re in campaign builder mode, instead of in the template edit mode.
As the add / remove modules work in campaign builder mode only, by default http://kb.mailchimp.com/templates/basic-and-themes/repeatable-or-variable-content-blocks (in the note section)

Hello, Quick question. How can I change font color using Mymail? I accidentally changed the footer font color to white and would like to change it to black pretty please/.
Two more things, the template is not responsive when viewed on a mobile device. Not sure what changed it as working before. Also, I am seeing the following error:

1. You can change the color font color MyMail options in the right side of your page. Change it back (the white color) to black or any color you desired.

2. We just re-check the template and seem to works in mobile.
In what device and clients you got the template doesn’t responsive? Can you send a test email to denysaputra965@gmail.com for further check and investigation?
3. For the third issue, we’re sorry that we can’t actually provide an appropriate support as it might be caused of your MyMail plugin/website setting or something outside of the template.
