Theme updates are Lifetime. Support can be purchased separately. Average time of support is from 1 minute to 24 hours and depending on number of current active tickets.

What is difference between Supported and Not supported Item:


1. Technical questions and Help about the item’s built-in features, functionality and third party plugins

2. Help with small css customization and code customization

3. Assistance with reported bugs and issues

4. Help with included third party assets (e.g. image sliders, contact forms)

Not supported:

We provide help only about bugs and any issues with theme, nothing more.
