Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log.
To update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins.
After you update the theme all of the bundled plugins with available updates should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

Main homepage has logo set locally in page options (please see screenshot). If you remove these logos and leave these options unset, the logo set in Reina Core Options > Logo will be applied. Or, if you want homepage to have logo different then other pages you can set new logo in local page options. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting

The importer always gets stuck at 48%, and manual import via XML doesn’t import all the demo content, it doesn’t work for me like that, I need all the demo content ASAP.

Hello, I purchased “Reina – Spa and Wellness Theme”. Sadly, I installed the theme on the wrong domain, and then I removed the whole theme, domain, and website, and reinstalled the theme on the correct domain. However, the purchase code did not work, since I was trying to activate the theme on the wrong domain before.
Error: This code was already used to register another domain. Please deregister your code there so that you can use it for registering here.
Since I removed the website on wrong domain, I need new purchase code. what should I do?
