Hello! After installing the theme and starting installing plugins, for a premium theme I don’t like to see The Booked plugin is no longer available. message.

I bought this theme both for the design used but also for the possibility to make reservations, at least the way you have that demo. Right from the start to discover that an important component is no longer supported is embarrassing. How do you propose a solution in this case? Thank you!

The “Booked” plugin has been discontinued by the plugin author BoxyStudio unfortunately. However, it still included as a bundled plugin with the theme and it will work as shown in the demo.

The M in the 1024M could be the reason why the value is not being taken correctly.

The problem is that the plugin will no longer receive security updates, and this exposes the site to risks. According to those who created the module “To continue to receive security updates, new features, and premium support, we recommend upgrading to QuickCal for a seamless transition from Booked.”. In bundled plugins list from the theme will be those updates? Thank you!

Hi! I’ve been trying for more than a year to solve some problems with this theme via support tickets. My support expired and it still hasn´t been solved yet, they said they would send it to the developers to check it out and haven´t heard from them since. I can´t afford to renew support now, but the theme has been giving me problems from day 1. The home page loads with missing images, can´t change the header logo… etc. I love this theme but I don´t know what is wrong with it. Can you help me please? (ticket No. 128788) Thanks!

We see that our support agent provided you with a solution on how to set your own SVG or image.

Please check if you have updated the theme and its plugins to the latest version listed in change log. It is also important to navigate to Appearance > Install Plugins and update the Qode Framework and Reina Core plugins.

We do believe that the theme is well documented, and we do understand that it might be confusing at first, but besides our themes documentation here you can find many great articles that might help you on the way developing your website.

There’s no way to change the Blog/Post H2 titles of the blogs. Not sure why they aren’t just H1 by default

For SEO purposes it is recommended to have only one H1 heading per page and this is intended for title area which comes first.

Title tag can be adjusted for blog lists (please see screenshot). Unfortunately, there is no option to change heading tag for the title (one below the featured image/video) on single blog pages. For this you would need to make modification in theme files directly.

Hello, just getting around to enabling Woocommerce and my product pages are really off out-of-the-box. Nothing in theme documentation/in theme options how to fix this. My support is expired but I don’t think I should have to renew my support when this should work out of the box. Please help.

Unfortunately, my support is expired so I’m unable to create a ticket :( I’ve had the theme setup and running for some time and just now added/activate Woocommerce. So I had no reason to think/anticipate that the page header wouldn’t work. :( I’ve provided the site url, should be a pretty simple explanation on how to fix. Hi, the theme works nicely, but the menu highlight doesn’t work for multi-line items, resulting in a skinny highlight, and the menu entries themselves have very small vertical click regions. Is there a simple way to a. Make the individual clickable areas in the dropdown vertically bigger? b. Change the highlighting to not have the growing bar?

I have bought the Reina theme recently and have downloaded it on serwer but there are some errors abot all widgets. The red fields with this informations are shown after go to the menu Appearance and Widgets. And there is another error at Settings -> Site health: “REST API: (http_request_failed) cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received”. I need some help about it. I want to ask also, how can I change site appearance for another demo from available like https://reina.qodeinteractive.com/skincare-home/

When you are importing the demo you will get all the pages you saw on our live demo. After import, you can choose which ones you wish to use, and which don’t (so you can delete them).

Hello, I have three themes with you – Reina, Elementor, on different servers. One theme was purchased a year ago, and two themes were purchased last month. Without updating, I noticed that Elementor is not working; I cannot find the tools. I have done all the updates, but the same problem persists. Also, the Item Purchase Codes do not save; I add them, and they disappear again. There are other problems with the three themes. When I test API connect, I get an error message: “The OAuth Personal Token could not be verified. Please check that the Token has been entered correctly and has the minimum required permissions. Ignore this notification. Additional Error Details: Failed to query total number of items in API response. Unauthorized {request_url“}” It is essential to have explanations from you. This does not come from us as we have three different servers and hosting, and we have not added anything new. It is important to have honest answers from you. Thank you.
