Lots of bugs. Lots of custom CSS required to fix issues that should be editable in Elementor. Many edits made in Elementor do not appear on the live site.
Support is usual Qode Interactive. Very slow and not particularly helpful. I've had tickets open for 18/19 days that still don't have a fix.
In future I'll just avoid themes built by any Author from Qode Interactive has my experience to date has not been good.

Please understand that sometimes additional troubleshooting is needed in order to find the cause of the unexpected behavior, especially if it's something we cannot reproduce on our local installation.

Customer support was a bit slow at first but they actually turned out to be great. answered all my questions and hopefully they will continue to sort out my issues in the future! Thanks Guys!

the theme is beautiful,
pity that when importing the content some elements are not like in the example site.
blog posts only work with elementor and not with the classic builder. maybe it is my problem but the assistance replied that there are things that are not correct, without offering me a solution.
I asked for help but the answer is not conclusive.
I asked for a refund and they ask me the reason for my request, it seems that they are not reading the ticket history.

We are sorry to hear this, usually demo import issues are usually related to weak resources.
Please note that a bit demanding resources are needed in order to run a premium theme. Some of those parameters are important only for the demo import. Also, you could try the XML demo import, which is lighter and can be performed with less than required server resources. When it comes to blog posts you can edit them directly with the classic WP editor if you wish that you do not need to built the Blog Posts with Elementor. We do also see that our team created a follow up explaining the procedure.

Qode Interactive does a fantastic job supporting their products. I've been able to navigate customizing this theme with ease.
Absolutely all-around satisfaction with the theme purchase this time. As a non-techie needed a lot of support and received the same. A huge thanks to code interactive team supporters.
This is by far one of the best WordPress themes I have ever used. There are a few minor issues I had with the theme, but support helped me figure it out and I am now quite happy with the end product.
Most of the theme is quite easy to use and this is one of the best sites I have made yet.

No need to say that the design is beautiful, you can see that to be true. The functionality speaks for itself once you test the demo. However, you don't know how great the customer support is so I am here to tell you. Quality product, User-friendly functionality, and Excellent support (especially for a novice like me). I am a member for 15+ years and have purchased a lot of themes. Edge-Themes is in my top 3!
