Hello sir, it is html temlpate. its not wordpress theme.
The comments in the code are amazing. I have decent HTML and CSS experience but the code was so easily laid out and the comments were very clear that someone with little HTML/CSS experience or knowledge would easily be able to edit the html and css files.
