frustrating to use and very bloated code

They are very unprofessional. I regret buying this. It's been more than 5 days and they haven't still replied it. Request all the new users who want to buy please go through the older comment, which I didn't go before buying which I am regretting now. Also, there are other themes which are much better than this.
