Our theme is compatible with PHP v8. But I think you are not using latest version of theme. Make sure you are using latest version of theme. If not than please update theme to latest version than check it and let us know.

Hello, can you please help me with the following:
Blog articles have a standard author / date box (written by … and date) on the top left of the article. Because of this, on mobile the display is far from optimal and I am getting error notifications from Google. I would like to turn this author box / date box off or have it display ABOVE the article so that the text is wider like on pages and there is no issues with the text and display.
Please let me know how I can do this with this theme.

Updating from version 8. Client has a website with version 8 currently installed. Any advice on updating to the current version? I know it’s a big jump .. hoping to not have too many problems.

Yes, it is such a big jump, So update may break your site so I recommend you to do this on a development server. So clone your live site on a development server and than update theme on that development server so you can be sure that update will not break your site.
Also you should take one backup of your site before update. Backup is beneficial if something goes wrong.

Hi look like there is a bug with the shopping cart icon on mobile. The same with Apicona theme from yours. So when visit the woocommerce site on mobile the shopping cart is gone. There is no way to go to checkout or cart.

You should have HTML knowledge for special section and custom works and changes. We are already set all view by default so you don’t need to edit any HTML. Also for custom colors, some elements has option to select any color you want so it’s color picker instead of pre-defined color.

We purchased it for the reasons you said we accept your price. But everywhere you write that it is W3C validated. In your description and in your sliders. But theme is not validated. It has 35 errors in W3C validator page.

Yes actually it’s validated when we release our theme and also we updated code some time ago. But currently it’s not validated due to change in W3C rules and also changes in plugin code too. I will forward this to my team and we will make it compatible.

I have a client running version 3.7 of this theme. I want to get them updated. Will updating from 3.7 to 8 cause issues for their site? They have already autoupdated to WP 5.03. Obviously updating just the theme will not update the revolution slider or wp bakery. Can we get those pushed to us?

This is big move and major difference between two versions. So I recommend you to clone your live site on a testing server (like testing.yoursite.com) than update theme to check if it breaks anything. Also take full backup before doing anything.

Hi. We bought your theme some time ago, and although our support may have expired I dont believe we should have to pay to renew this when your theme has a serious bug which is causing a major malfunction. – We are having issues with the main navigation displaying on mobile devices. The menu/toggle button on a mobile does not work on clicking. We have tried to debug and found that the following theme setting is causing it.
Override Max Mega Menu Style* We need to override some of the Max mega Menu plugin’s settings to match with our theme. If you like to use the default vanilla look of Max Mega Menu than turn this option off.
By default this setting is turned on and this is when the menu on mobile devices does not work. If we turn off this setting the menu starts to work on mobile devices, but then the menu layout on desktop version becomes a mess. Please let us know a solution to this problem. You can check yourself at the website www.withingtonhill.co.uk—Try the site on mobile, and you will see the Menu button is completely dead. —Thank You
