Please I want to build on a subdomain first before moving to replace my existing website. If I activate the theme on the subdomain will it ruin my chances of making it work somewhere else?

No, it’ll not cause any problem. You can use your lisense code on your subdomain and once you’re done, you can easy disconect your lisense on your WordPress and then you can use it on your actual domain.

You can reach the current demo by trying it in an incognito window. We can say that an active add-on in your browser may cause this problem.

My support has expired and I don’t see why I should renew support for an issue with the theme itself. there is nothing wrong with my installation. I even tried installing the theme on different sites and I am unable to edit because the option is just not there

1 – It’s solved. I hidden the “ADD TO CART” buttom in “Theme options”. Need to do something more to deactivate the shop? I need to use the items like a portfolio.
1.1 – Need to translate “MATERIAL”, “POWER”, “BRANDS”. It’s better to translate using the child theme, right? I cannot install the child theme in the setup wizard, it’s possible install now?

If you opened a ticket please check your ticketwell i dont like this ticket systems. every theme has his custom ticket system. i`m lost in the crm`s of theme authors. please inform me when it will be fixed.
I recommend you try it every half hour, because sometimes the system is running and stalling. We can’t have any effect on Envato api’s, if you open a ticket we can provide you with a notification from there.
