If this is as you say then don’t wait 4 years to tell us about , after such a long time someone is removing their items and you no longer have the opportunity to get feedback but we are still releasing updates even after 4 years but you need renew your support period . Thanks
There seem to be some major bugs with the latest update. It is no longer accepting any of my customization in my child theme. I try re-saving but it goes right back to most base theme settings. Can you please help or supply the old version? Thank you!

hello, is it possible to put videos instead of pictures in services page ?

Can the portfolio function be altered so that when you click an image and it opens the popup/lightbox image, you can have arrows to scroll through the gallery? The way it is now is not very user-friendly for a large gallery. Thank you!

Standalone themes need to have aindex.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.

I did not find my key to activate revolution slider. Description says it’s included. Why do I not see it under my account downloads as other support forums say I should?

If you have Visual Composer or Rev Slider with a theme which you’ve purchased from ThemeForest, then you don’t need to activate it.
This option is for users who have purchased this plugin individually.
To update you need:
Enable default theme
Navigate to the Plugins menu in your WordPress admin area.
Deactivate Plugin, delete it
Go to Install Required Plugins
Upload and install the new version
Activate Plugin .

Are you sure, this theme supports different languages? My friend has created Po&Mo files from Pot, added WP_LANG to wp-config, but the language hasn’t changed. Therefore he has edited all the source files for changing the language

Tried many many times in Chrome, Firefox, IE wont work,re downloaded the theme several times. A day wasted!!! Not impressed

Main issues are the lack of support, files not working, dead links, having to guess everything and still having to explain the issue 11 hours later without actually getting anywhere. Shouldn’t be this difficult.
