SHAME ON YOU! I’m going crazy to find where the do you saved “meet your hosts” in the single podcast item. I have to translate it. There’s a whole world with many countries, do you know? We are billion! All the template in an include that include an include that include an include!!!! No variable in the page settings. No widget. Where is it?

To translate/change any label inside the theme or bundled plugin please try following instructions from this article – How To Use The Loco Translate Localization Plugin. If you cannot locate some label inside the theme please try adding translation for Resonator Core plugin or other bundled plugins and search for labels there (please see screenshot).

You can add the podcast list showcased in “Episode List Simple” to the “Press Releases” page. However, please note that the list on the “Press Releases” page is a blog list and the list showcased in the “Episode List Simple” page can only list podcast post and not blog posts.

It appears all of my resonator elementor components have disappeared. The page is blank and in elementor, all of the spots where I had resonator widgets are now empty.
I’m not longer able to add podcast list, podcast player, etc. All of the resonator elementor components have completely vanished.
It’s very frustrating. Please advise.

Are you perhaps using the latest Elementor version (3.16.0)? If this is the case, then please navigate to Elementor > Tools > Version Control and roll back to 3.15.3 version (please see screenshot).

If you want to use Elementor Pro DO NOT purchase this theme! I was using Elementor and this theme together and had all kinds of issues. I reached out to support and they stated:
“Our themes are not compatible with Elementor Pro and Elementor Headers & Footers plugins, and those plugins will conflict with theme options, so I would not suggest using them with our theme.”
So, now I have removed the theme. Money and MUCH TIME wasted.

It is well stated on the ThemeForest page that this is a template that is compatible with Elementor, not with Elementor PRO, and it was never indicated differently.
Everything you saw on our live demo can be achieved with our theme options and Elementor free version!

May 9th, 2023: Twice I’ve tried getting support and STILL can’t submit a support ticket!!! This developer is not supporting this product. I can’t submit a support ticket because the developer’s support site is not updating to show my recent purchases (May 6th, 2023) and their system won’t allow manual registration either! Their global system won’t update something as simple as changing logos. You have to manually change the logo on every single page and post type… TERRIBLE!!!

It is necessary to submit a ticket for it first to be listed in the “Supported Items”. Please fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Edge) and then theme.
Regarding logo, it could be that different header and logo options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article – The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.

Hello, I want to change the layout of player in podcasts page from standard to info-bottom but i can’t find a way to do so. I tried to enable editing podcasts from elementor options but when i edit any podcast through elementor i found no layers to edit.

For podcast list you can find layout options in the “Layout” tab (please see screenshot). If you are perhaps referring to the player on single podcast pages shown in screenshot, then, unfortunately, this cannot be changed through theme options.

The first option: a simple player with your own buttons that would launch the video. The audio play button can be shown on list too, however, it is necessary to use “Simple” item layout (please see screenshot).

You can add YouTube videos with Elementor page builder on single podcast pages (screenshot), however it is not possible to set videos instead of images in podcast lists shown on homepages.

On the main home of the theme is a pinned episode. Is it possible to use an embedded URL to show the Spotify episode. Or is it only possible to upload direct audio documents to the server?

We don’t have any ETA when the update will come out, however once it is updated this will be listed in the change log.
The compatibility with block-based widgets (added in WordPress 5.8) was included in the latest theme update so you can use the theme on latest version of WordPress.
