This developer is not supporting this product. I can't submit a support ticket because the developer's support site is not updating my purchases and their system won't allow manual registration either! Their global system won't update something as simple as changing logos. You have to manually change the logo on every page and post type... TERRIBLE!!!

The theme is supported and for it to be listed in the “Supported Items” it is necessary to submit a ticket for it first. Please fill in the form as shown in screenshot. First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Edge) and then theme.
Regarding logo, it could be that different header and logo options are set on the page. Local page options will override global theme options and you can find more in this article - The Global And Local Settings Info And Troubleshooting.
