Your theme is nice, however I am not using Magento for my current ecommerce project.

- Is this theme available in HTML version?

- If no, will it be possible to extract HTML version and use it for some other ecommerce system? And is it legal to do that?

I’d like to demo this theme before buying. When I look at the demo here on iPhone and iPad, it doesn’t resize as I’d expect. I can tell you my site and you can see that I won’t be using the theme unless it checks out in staging, at which point I will buy it.

Remove the themeforest bar. this will solve things (due to iframe)

I purchased the theme last week, but somehow I didn’t get any documentation in the downloaded files? Support didn’t reply to my e-mails. Maybe someone here can point me to a guide/documentation for this theme? :(

the theme is perfectly minimalistic, however, the modifications seems to be against that of the standard installation logic.

the sign in top-menu item does not link correctly b/c it did not take into consideration that i would install on a sub directory. www.root.com/store and the link goes to root.com/customer….

No response from 3000themes in well over two weeks on two tickets. any suggestion as to wher the customer.xml or customer.phtml files went?

I sent an email to support@3000themes.com but have not received a response. the checkout page and cart do not work. the shipping calculator does not function so when you try to make a purchase it stops you from continuing. i run over 35 large magento stores so i know the back end is setup. i’ve come to the conclusion that its the theme that is either missing a file or has something wrong. The error being generated when you try to get a shipping estimate is: {error not found”}

once again i have tried using your HELP DESK, and BOTH email addressees with NO reply! I can log into the help desk and see my tickets.

Last year I waited a couple of months for a reply from support. Then they announced a new support policy “we will reply within 2 tot 4 hours within business hours”. I wrote them last month, wrote 3 emails, never got ANY response.

I do not recommend this item, no support whatsoever. because nobody can help, this theme is useless for me and i wasted time and money on this.
