we bought this theme approximately 15 days ago so its within support time
its your responsibility to provide theme bug free and in working which is not in this case. now hope you understand and correct it now,
as per your last response it seems you are accepting your theme has lots of bug and not working and you will inform us through Themeforest and you will inform when you find the solution till we should wait and pay for your Bug
The previous response i said about update version and how you can get it. And our theme, when install on your site, if there is any bug or problem, we will support and fix it for you. It does not mean that this support have to inform to you via Themeforest. We will update and resolve directly your problem via our ticket system. You only need update any your problem to your ticket, then keep following it and get answer later there.

Now when I click sub item it is throwing error
just opening link :menu item manager: is good enough, as you click to edit menu title it is showing an error.

This happened 3 times and I’ve generated tickets also for this but no response from them. Just because of this I’m not be able to Launch my E-commerce store from past 25/30 days. We are not expecting this kind of service while purchasing anything from this portal. I request you to please sort out as soon as possible and please give me a Call support as it’s VERY urgent.

There is no any connection with my issue and CSS file. Honestly, we have just deleted one product from Admin panel and suddenly I lost my all data. I think there’s a some problem with Theme. I request you to please look into this because we have not done any changes to CSS file.
